Review 1：1) They are trying to fool customers saying Booking.com sends the wrong bookings and that the price displayed on booking.com do not include all breakfasts. 2) They did not change the towels, even though we left on the floor. 3) Staffing bit sloppy

Review 4：My girlfriend and I had a one-night stay in this lovely hotel in December. 1)Location is great for those who come to Suceava by train because it's just 300m from the railway station. We appreciated it right away after our long journey. 2) The room is a bit small but very clean and cozy. 3) Staff of the hotel is brilliant! Diana helped me a lot to organize a romantic greeting for my girlfriend in the room whereas Anca was smiling and extremely helpful with all my numerous questions. The hotel is recommended for short stays in Suceava.

Review 5：Cereals are served with quark and yoghurt but without milk. Even the waiter replied "nu avem" when I asked for cold milk - strange. The price is a little high for that place.

Review 6：Breakfast is served as buffet - much better than at other places where you have to order each little bit. Close to the railway station.

Review 7：Very noisy. You can hear the people in other rooms, that makes very difficult to sleep well. Thin (cheap) walls. No elevator, i can't imagine how can you get an authorisation for a Hotel 3 stars with no elevator. Poor breakefast. Smooking at breakefast.

Review 9：Breakfast was nice, room clean and comfy, parking next to the hotel, overall good standard. When we were having breakfast, it was already its closing time, so we told the waiter he didn't have to wait for us to finish, but he said there is still one guest who didn't have breakfast. And he waited until this one person came down. That's not something you see often in hotels, even the most expensive ones would just close the buffet. Great staff.

Review 10：The hotel restaurant is very bad! The service is awful and the table cloths are dirty. If you are not going to wash them everyday, pls use a disposable ones. Breakfast is never ready on time. They say it starts at 7am, we went down at 7:15h cause we had an early tour to the monasteries and the breakfast was not ready yet... There is only one waiter to serve everybody and that makes the service really bad and slow (I feel sorry for the poor waiter) I'm still waiting for the coffee I ordered...

Review 11：Rooms are big, nice and very comfortable. They are also very clean. The hotel is really close to the train station and that's very convenient.

Review 12：The only inconvenience was that there was no elevator and that the drain plug in the bathroom floor was dry and there was some smell coming from the drain, but not too bad.

Location is both good and bad, depending on what you want - right next to the train station which was useful for me, but some distance from town centre (30 minutes walk) or 5 minute bus journey. Slightly noisy location due to trains and dogs barking

Review 20：The hotel was just what we were looking for: a place to spot next to the train station before catching a morning train. The room is kind of generic, but in a good way. It's is clean with a great, hot shower, a comfortable bed and free WiFi. It was a very good value. There are a couple of small shops nearby for basic groceries and a nice bakery.

Review 21：Nothing I didn't like. I didn't see any of the town. It might be a little bit of a walk into the town but taxis are reasonable and I wanted the location for the train station anyways.

Review 22：I only stayed one night in Suceava and spent the whole day doing a tour of the Painted Monasteries with a driver which the hotel organised for me. Hotel staff were brilliant - very helpful organising tours in advance of my arrival, and also helpful with helping-out with my ongoing trip the next day to Chisinau. Hotel was clean. I also had food from the restaurant (room service) delivered to my room. Generous sized portions and tasty.

Review 23：location too close to the train station, although it didn't matter in the soundproofed bedroom. also, the street it's located at is in very bad shape, it's been left unfinished and there's so much dust in the air lifted by the cars passing thru dirt filled holes and bumps in the road.

Restaurant food is great as well as large buffet breakfast. The hotel is well located for the train station but away from the city centre. We needed to use the train, However we booked day tours around the painted monasteries and so were picked up by cat at the hotel. good TV channels, many in English. This is a great hotel overall.

Review 30：Clean, quiet. When they realized we would be right above a wedding party, they moved us from the first floor to the third floor, where it was quiet. They loaned us a computer when it appeared we didn't have computer access. Right at the train station. Right on the 2 bus line, which runs every 8-10 minutes into Suceava.
