Review 1：Nobody speaks english, and the comunication is very difficult. They didn't clean the room in two days, using the same towels and bed sheets. The shower and WC are together and after shower the WC and floor get always wet.

Review 3：Personal doesnt speak english. No restaurant/bar at hotel. Very quiet area to stay in, easy to get to Railey tho.

Review 5：Beware, the booking is with breakfast, but they don't serve it at the hotel. You need to take a boat at 7.30 am to Railay and have the breakfast at another hotel. Also the staff doesn't speak english which makes it really hard if you have a problem.

Review 7：Place seems slightly abandoned. Lots of the facility is no longer in use. Beach is 10 minute boat ride away but accommodations and food are much cheaper here then at the beach

Review 11：Ao Nammao is fairly pleasant but dull. A few poor eateries overlook a busy main road. This resort oversees a rocky beach at low tide. Staff cannot really speak English, cannot provide any help/information and provide no service aside a dull breakfast with no choice of dishes. I was not happy to be overcharged for their airport taxi service.

Review 12：It's well away from the ghastly resort of Ao Nang but for practicalities, is easy to reach by frequent public and private (tuk-tuk, taxi) transport.

Review 13：The location in the Booking map is wrong! It is not on the Rayley Beach, it is on the Ao Nam (you need to take a boat to Rayley). When we arrived to "Diamond Cave Resort", which has the same owner but actually located on Rayley, we paid 500 baht more for very poor bongalow. Then we moved to better room for additional 500 baht. Eventually paid 1000 more. However, comparing to other >10,000 baht per night resorts it still was much cheaper option on Rayley Beach. Wifi available only in the lobby.

Review 17：Deceptive as to its location in relation to Railay beach.Not in Railay East ,but a 15-20 minute longtail boat ride away. Booked double deluxe room with private balcony ,did not get room with balcony. Limited breakfast made long in advance and served promptly but cold,read cold fried eggs and sausage and dry shredded cabbage. Bed and breakfast only. have to get taxi to town to get dinner.

Review 19：The hotel is not located at the place shown in "maps", it is on a different bay with no beach but mudd and a seashellcemetry. But we went to the place shown on the map, there is the Diamond cave Ressort and the stuff did know about the wrong location and offered us a room in their hotel, only 100% more expensive.. We think this whole offer is only a bait offer to get people in the more expensive hotel on railey, cause both ressorts belong to the same group and we didn`t have to cancel the other one and the stuff wasn`t even surprised about us being in the wrong hotel and the room offer came really fast. The Room (3500Baht!!!) was not even clean and there was a water damage above the shower with cold water dropping down from the damage while showering.
