Review 1：The room had no coffee facilities and I had to ask on a couple of times for room service to bring coffee sachets and kettle. Waited a long and had to request a couple of times.......:(
Review 2：The various restaurants made for good variety of available meals. Excellent choice of alcoholic drinks and cocktails. Good spa facilities and excellent lobby bar with outdoor area

Review 7：air con did not work properly as even though it was fairly cool air outside the room was so hot I swetted every night all linens completely wet. I did not like that the spa staff closed the saunas 7:30pm when it was supposed to close at 8 just for them to get home earlier. In the buffet restaurant i did not like having to wait or most timesask for water and wine to be served. On Friday night the music from the disco was very loud and could not sleep due to it.

Review 9：Quite strict Internet connection policy -- only one device (MAC address) per 24 hours free of extra charge is allowed and you cannot switch it manually, i.e. use your laptop in the room, turn it off, go to lobby with a tablet -- doesn't work this way.
Review 10：Сarpeting floors in the rooms and approx 60%--70% of inner halls -- perfect surface for a toddler! My son started walking there, had quite a number of falls, but didn't hurt himself too much. Excellent Turkish Bath and indoor pool, the best I've seen so far. Food is good as well: I've been in 4 other hotels in Beldibi in the past few years, all of them are 5*/5*+ and this is the first hotel with beef in its menu on a regular basis. Nice coffee in the lobby bar, not instant. Very good Wi-Fi signal and Internet speed is quite high.
