Review 1：THE ROOM WAS VERY DIRTY,THE FOOD FOR ROOM SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE AND WE GOT THE FULL BUFFET BREAKFAST FOR THE 3 OF US,PANCAKE MACHINE WASNT WORKING 1 HASH BROWN IN OVEN,NOT GOOD AT ALL

Review 7：The service was amazing at the hotel. Needed a microwave and a toaster and both were brought into our room with no trouble. In walking distance to everything so it was a wonderful location!!

Review 10：As it was Christmas time (Christmas Day & Boxing Day) the reception desk was not "manned" when we arrived, although arrangements were made in advance to obtain key from locked safe. No apparent maintenance/cleaning to our room, although mini bar restocked and some towels exchanged. Dining room not available on either nights or days we stayed at the facility.

Review 33：I booked for five people and mistakenly thought I had booked a two room apartment as I have two young women with my wife and grand son, when we were changed to a more appropriate room I was charged a further $20 for a roll out for my grand son

We wanted to stay an extra 2 hours after check in and terry the man behind the desk , waved the fee for us . Breakfast buffet was nice , a waitress offered to make us eggs our way which was nice . Review 42：I was asked to wait while my room was checked in order for a bond to be repaid. The manner in which this request was made caused me to feel extremely uncomfortable. I was then queried regarding an item from the mini bar which I had not taken. Staff need to properly check the rooms prior to new occupation as discrepancies in these areas are unacceptable. It was also extremely noisy during the night.

I felt like screaming outside their doors at 5:30 am when I had to get up for my running event. Review 66：We were booked in for 4 months prior to travelling with a group of friends for our sons soccer match. On the day of arrival we received a call from a female friendly staff member confirming the booking. Once all was confirmed she advised we would be in rooms next to each other on the ground level, (we had 5 rooms booked), upon check in we were all scattered upstairs and downstairs. One family must have had the oldest and worst room next to the kitchen and it was noisy. The male staff member on check in wasn't friendly or helpful and was not going to change anything as apparently they were fully booked!. Other families we spoke to had only booked 2 weeks prior and had a nicer room. It was ok but disappointing. Definately didn't get the rooms featured in the pictures.

The policy of charging a surcharge for credit card payment while also requiring a credit card holding deposit was disappointing. On checkout the receptionist was very offhand and dismissive of my husband's enquiry regarding the surcharge.

LOVED the gnocchi in the restaurant (where, as a lone businesswoman traveller I was made to feel very comfortable) and the reception staff could not have been friendlier.

Review 96：The motel setup acts like a sound carrier. You can hear every word or footstep from the car park. There was a function during our stay and when it concluded was very echo-ey. Restaurant staff were very slow, we waited 30 minutes between having our plates cleared from our main course, until someone asked us if we would like dessert or coffee.

Review 105：1. As per Booking.com I shouldn't have been charged until I check-in. But they charged my credit card for $100 in advance and needed to repay that amount on check-out. 2. As per Booking.com website photos at the time of my reservation, the room should have had a queen sized bed and a single bed. But we had only a queen sized bed in the room. 3. There was no drinking water supply. A smaller bottle (600mL) kept would cost us $3.50 if we used it. Considering many other hotels even in Melbourne where we stayed had additional facilities for the same amount of money that we paid.

Review 107：It was a very busy weekend and it was difficult to get parking close to our room.We had to carry luggage across the carpark. I think carparks should be reserved for the hotel room guests.

I was initially concerned as had a room right on the main road but the windows are well glazed as noise wasn't a problem friendly staff with prompt check in and rooms exceptionally clean .
