Review 1：Really think the beds need an upgrade! Found the mattress on the main bed very uncomfortable lots of partner movement even though we are good sleepers. Would not put more than one person on the sofa beds as they sink in the middle!!
Review 2：Great size apartment, fire was on when we arrived so was lovely and warm on a cold winters day! Well equipped kitchen.

Review 5：We have a problem with the heater. No clear instruction how to operate the equipment. We called Steve but no one could come to the resort and helped us. We had to sleep in a very cold room.

Review 12：The beds were not great, specifically the fold out in the bedroom... only ok for a very light child. the bathroom was nice and big, but is only accessed through the bedroom which we had no pRoblem with, but some people sharing may not like this. There is a separate toilet though.
Review 13：The gouburn apartment we stayed in was a great size, big enough for a few young kids and the grandparents as well. Nice and clean with everything you need, and an open fire which kept us all tostie. Our young daughter loved running around outside as well, a very nice property with animals over the back fence.

Review 16：To be able to spend time in the lounge to read and watch the Tele. Didn't meet the host but the code system worked a treat. Would love to be there in the winter just to light the fire!
Review 17：Set just a very short trip outside of Mansfield the Goulburn Apartment at Rosedale really was a beautiful place. Very peaceful with a great log fire and all the amenities you could want we were very happy here. We immediately felt at home and the work that Steve has put into the place really showed. A real home away from home & will definitely be out pick when we're next visiting the Alpine region.
Review 18：A lovely clean, well appointed property with excellent facilities, all the mod cons. The House is beautifully decorated, high celings, period features and lovely fireplaces. it is pet friendly and the views of the surrounding hills and paddocks are very peaceful. A lovely place to stay.
Review 19：From the outset, the property owner was prompt and very helpful with all communication. The house and room were in excellent condition and we enjoyed being a short stroll away from the centre of Mansfield. Ideally located and a great property - the log fire being a highlight. We certainly hope to return!

Review 21：The only thing I would say is that the place isn't very cosy but that is not really a criticism just an observation. Could do with a feminine touch!
Review 22：Good quiet location not far from Mansfield. Not exactly cosy but had a good lounge with TV and a kitchen which we didn't actually need for our one night stay. The breakfast which was left for us in the fridge/freezer was basic. Sliced bread in the freezer, sachets of coffee and tea bags. Little plastic packets of butter. I didn't feel that this was exactly a Continental Breakfast. So we took ourselves off and paid for a more substantial breakfast elsewhere. Steve was very kind and made a booking for us to eat in town and arranged for us to use their wi fi as he doesn't actually offer that service to the guests. The bedroom had a good bed and lovely dark red sheets, could have done with a table and chairs in the room, no surfaces to put anything, the bathroom was large and well equipped.
