Review 1：Nothing to do around the hotel. No any restaurants, activities and so on.

Review 2：We stay there, becouse we need to stay in this area. But ist not for tourists.

Review 3：The room was not clean and had to be cleaned after we raised this issue. The breakfast was lacking in variety and was cold on some of the days. It felt like they were cutting corners to save money at the expense of the comfort of there customers.

Review 5：No utensils in the kitchen, very poor and filthy surrounding and approach to the building. No spa, no saloon as claimed. Both entry ways are Rain water flooded, dogs barking around, scary for the kids

Review 7："Breakfast" was poor, I only dined there one. Seemed like I was the only occupant... a little unnerving!

Review 8：It was within walking distance to Patana International School where I was attending a course. Great internet access, clean and spacious.

Review 9：Shower head busted, sprays water sideways. Most fittings decrepit. Breakfast is either eggs or a bowl of rice, that's about it. There is a kitchen in the apartment but no cutlery, plates, saucepan etc so it cannot be used. To some of the day staff your presence is something to be suffered.

Review 10：Nice pool and gym. Spacious rooms. A/C worked great. Ideal if you want to shoot a period film but if old apartment is not your go and still want to stay in the Bangna area try the Tepp or Thompson Residence for a much neater place to stay. You may even get staff that care.

Review 11：Needed to stay couple of nights on lower sukhumwit so this was excellent choice. Close to couple of thai style markets for food and other stuff. Couple ok kilometers from Bearing BTS, but taxis / tuk tuk and motorcycle taxis are available from lasalle road

Review 12：Spar not free bar and restaurant was not open food and drinks, we had to eat out or buy food and cook in the room Breakfast was Poor, made by the pool area by one of the staff and limited to small snacks:- Egg on toast or Thai food. One of the staff informed me we have long term self contained accommodation, but over the last 3 month we have been trying to turn it into a hotel. After sending an e-mail to stay longer on the last day prior making the trip, he wanted to charge me another 2000 Baht, but after talking with him he said we could stay for free. any further question please contact me by e-mail

Review 27：5 minutes walk to Patana School, local restaurants and convenience stores. A 10 minute taxi (or 5 minute motorcycle taxi) to BangNa/Bearing BTS.

Review 28：Surroundings is quite bad. Many small things not working like TV, hot water (got a bit warm though), the other aircon remote... It seemed we did not have any regular cleaning for the room also. During four nights we got cleaning once which included change of towels and straightening of the blanket. There is basically no facilities except the apartment itself. The Spa exists but is overpriced and there is a small swimming pool + gym. There is a mention of a tennis court in their website, which is a joke since there is no playable tennis court anymore.
