Review 1：Hotel needs renovations badly, staff was nonexistent, room was dirty and staff did not refresh room during my stay, also it took staff 30 minutes to check me in

Review 11：The room was not clean! I found many hair on my bed when I first came in. I told to front desk but she just gave to sheets and let me change the sheet by myself! Besides, the attitude of the front desk girl was extremely bad!

Review 13：I was told when I called that there was plenty of parking for a large moving truck and trailer with a car, there maybe, but I made my own parking spot, because while there is a decent sized lot, there wasn't really a spot for the truck. Also, there were 25+ teenagers/young adults all over the parking lot when I pulled in, running around the lot. When i walked in the lobby one of the staff behind the desk was on the phone with a room telling a guest her friends had to leave or the police would be called. Eventually all the random people left (and I'm sure opened up parking spots) but it was a rather disconcerting way to start a stay.

Review 15：Floor was dirty. Toilet wasn't flushing properly. TV and microwave are very old. Air conditioner wasn't working. Had to call front desk to fix lot of stuff, finally transferred to another room

Review 20：The fence on the side of the property was in need of repair. The front of the hotel had a clip of the rear end of a car, perhaps there was an accident and the debris had not been cleaned up. I was expecting a full breakfast, but what we had was really good.

Review 21：The location was within 20 miles of our destination. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the room was roomy. The staff was friendly. The restaurants & shopping areas were within a few miles.

The window over the bed opened but not very far, and there were no screens. The room was decorated in a hodgepodge of old, beaten-up furniture. The breakfast buffet had a limited amount of selections.

There weren't enough washcloths and pillows, and there was residue under sofa bed from the previous guest that needed to be cleaned up. The wall-mounted TV had a nice, large, flat screen; but there was a limited amount of cable channels and about a half dozen foreign channels..

Review 30：The facility was in need of top to bottom rennovations. Breakfast did not have the choices of many other hotels we stayed in on our two week trip. Quite disappointing. The room heating did not seem to be working, while our friend's room was like a sauna and were forced to just turn off the heating unit. Would not recommend this facility.

Review 32：- Terrible location, almost in the parking of a suburban McDonald's. - The room was FILTHY: cigarette holes all over the bed, chewing-gums sticked on the floor. - Wi-Fi not working at all, even the (huge cathodic) TV was broken. - The reception looks like a change office: the employee doesn't let you come inside but checks your ID and your cc from behind a bulletproof glass. - I was woken up at 8 because of the monstrous sound of what must have been a hoover right before the door. - When I checked-out half an hour late, the reception had already called the room's phone 3 times. - The 3 stars sign is HIGHLY misleading: Booking.com is even incorrect to suggest it.

Review 33：Staff is rude and not helpful breakfast is very very poor.. . One of the worst of the 10 hotels or so I stayed during my trip.

Review 35：Had to go through crazy traffic to get there (about 8 miles off the Jersey Turnpike). Toilet had to be plunged to clear a slow drain (thought the toilet would overflow, but it didn't).There are no places to eat within sight of the motel. Had to drive to find a place to eat (the motel's restaurant was under renovation). Ice machine wouldn't dispense; was told to lift cover and scoop out ice by hand. Cut my hand on sharp edges doing that!

Review 36：Cost. Cheaper by $10-$20 compared to similar motels in same general area. At checkout, the desk clerk gave me printed directions to get back on the highway.

Had the large screen TV on the Spanish language station for their benefit. (Desk staff said they did not know how to change it so I did.) Brought in extra bread with bare hands! Ran out of jelly and just shrugged. Don't they keep an eye out for low supplies? Started to clear food before the end of the breakfast period. Terrible service and not good breakfast offerings. Room smelled like it was once a smoking room.

Review 66：I did not like the bathroom as it was in need of upgrading with better bath fittings. The mirror was put on the wall and was held by 4 nails, the vanity was cracked in a few places and glued badly, the bath tub was not as clean as it could be. I was disappointed that the advertised waffles were only available on the day before we left and we were t here for six days.

Review 67：I liked the location and the friendly staff. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The linens were nice and white and smelled of bleach cleaning which I also liked.

Review 68：Upon check in we were charged our entire stay which was 7 days. This is not customary among hotels and no where on the website or at the hotel did it display the policy. The artificial plants were dusty. The bed linen had cigarette burns in them. Their was a condom wrapper under the pull out couch. They didn't have enough towels for my family of 4. The keys demagnitized frequently requiring us to go to the front desk each time we arrived back on the premises. The very first night someone else entered my room with a key. They had accidentally been assigned my room. Last but not least a bed bug was found on a pillow. Do not stay there!

Review 70：The policies of the hotel were not clear on their website or at the location; you have to pay upon checking in which is not typical in my experience you usually pay at check-out or the night before. They have poor housekeeping and the common areas are very dusty. Too many things not functioning properly like TV remotes or the room keys deactivating every other day

Review 74：The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The room had a distinct moldy carpet smell which was very unappealing. The food choices were extremely limited and consisted mostly of processed pastry items. There was no protein (yogurt? eggs?) that we could see, and no fruit. The serving equipment was not terribly clean - lots of smudges and dried on old food. There was a kettle type thing that may have had oatmeal in it, but a skin of some sort on top of the water prevented us from seeing it. Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30 - we went in at 6:40 the hot water for tea was not yet hot. Maybe later on there was more food, but the whole experience was so off-putting, we had to leave and find breakfast elsewhere. Hands down this was the worst free hotel breakfast we have ever encountered (and we've encountered a lot of them.) Too bad, because the room itself was a good value for the money.
