Review 10：Quite well located in what is a very spread out city. Whilst the exterior was being renovated, the interior was nice. Excellent alpine style restaurant that served until 2300 and actually had the items shown on the menu. The lake Baikal fish was excellent. We had to leave early on the last morning and the hotel gave us a very comprehensive picnic breakfast to have on the train.
Review 11：Staff is very rude, don't speak a word of English and do the opposite you ask. If you need any help or information, you better don't count on them. In general, it's too expensive for what you get.

Review 18：Location is great, close the art museum which is also a bus stop. It is not easy to find the hotel by its English name, but there is only this colorish building by that corner. The staff can speak a little English. And it includes great breakfast. They have refrigerators in the room.
