Resort Rixos Sungate sells fast on our site. This spacious 5.7-acre resort on the Gulf of Antalya coast features a half-mile-long beach, spa and an aqua park. All of the elegant rooms have a balcony.
The rooms at Rixos Sungate have satellite TV, a work desk and a minibar. They also include a robe and slippers.
Göynūk is a 5-minute drive from the resort. The center of Antalya, which features sights including the Archaeological Museum, and the Hadrianus Gate which is 35 minutes away by car. Antalya Airport is 30 miles away.
The extensive recreational facilities at Sungate include a gym, tennis courts and a 4-lane bowling alley. Guests can also enjoy a range of relaxing treatments at the spa including facials, massages and hydrotherapy. For younger guests, the spacious mini club, Rixy Club is available.

Review 1：Did not have any bad experience

Review 2：I liked the beach and the sea as well as the staff's attitude towards the customers. Particularly the reception, guest services and restaurant staff (the main restaurant and Italian-Rosario restaurant) were all the time helpful and attentive.

Review 3：I like the staff, unlike to what people here wrote about them, ingeneral the staff was very friendly and inside the Resort you forgetyourself to be in Turkey.The building is not that new, it's somehow dated, however, it's still very good specially if you are traveling with children,it's safe and well equipped for kinds entertainment. I can't say the hotel is dirty at all, however, for these people who keep searching for 100% cleanness, this hotel is not 100% clean, and it's not dirty as well, There are a lot of activities all the time, whenever you search for sth new to do you can find it easily, The food is very tasty, very light, very clean, and the whole day you can find food stations and delicious options to eat, FOR FREE In General the like my stay there and for sure i gonna do it again.

Review 4：Service is not good. After check in no one took us to the rooms. We to find the rooms ourselves which was not good as we were very tired when we arrived. No batteries in the remote controller it toom 1 hour to bring them.

Review 15：A lot of free and good alcohol, splendid territory, warm swimming pools, sand beach, animation, restaurant, late dinners (from 23:30). There are a lot of party people, you can easily make friends with everybody if you are fluent in Russian. You can meet ex-ussr celebrities as well we famous sportsmen there and have a drink with them.

Review 16：terrible staff (some) during my stay they give my room to another guest by mistake!!!! can you imagine people entering your room while you are on the bed and telling you that "we have given this room"!!! when I checked that terrible issue, it was reception staff mistake that gave my room by activating a room key with my room number I can't imagine that a 5 star hotel staff make such a terrible mistake as every single detail is available on their computer about all the rooms. I talked to the supervisor and the manager, at first they tried to show me that this is kind of a normal mistake!!! despite the fact that what happened cannot be compensated by anything, I asked for a reasonable compensation for what happened, but they refused! so I will take legal action about this issue and never recommend this hotel to anyone, because privacy is more important than anything else. to be honest, some of their staff are really terrible and don't know how to deal with their customers. I have been refused to enter the restaurant because I was wearing short pants and T shirt as the staff considered it as "swimming wear"!!! at the same time people wearing shorter pants have been to the restaurant and nobody stopped them!!

Review 20：The noise of the kitchen fans was disturbing. The live music at the bar area would not stop before 00:30 AM and it was also bothering when in room. There were too many cats at the open area of the restaurant and they all were wandering around the tables!

Review 21：The room was comfortable and clean. The staff were quite helpful and they did their best to change my room to the most desirable one. The food and beverage were good. All the facilities were provided right away at demand.

Review 22：Firstly the attitude of the staff(not all) The pools are supberb but no one swam because they are freezing air con didnt work or should I say switched off as I found out after 2 days of complaining and changing rooms 2 choices of wifi .the free version is extremely slow so you can buy a better service for 70 dollars a week thats 140 per couple when I pay 1700 euros for 6 days I expect reasonably warm pools air con and free dececent wifi there was many other little problems which could easily be rectified with good customer relations but the staff had real attitude problems I tgink there trying to cut corners out of season

Review 24：we visited the hotel from 9th to 13th october 2014. i have been to many hotels and ive never had any upsetting situations until i visited rixos.. air condition was not working. we complained several times but they said the weather was changing so they had kept the ac on fan mode. it didnt seem as if the fan was working either and it was extremely hot and we were sleep deprived coz of the heat. didnt expect this from a supposedly 5 star hotel. there is a lot to do at the hotel and we were given an activity sheet which we tried to follow. everywhere we went at the allocated time-most places were closed! it was the same explanation everywhere.. low season.. the third day we were there, all the main restaurants were closing down too.. the kids area, rixy kingdom, park got closed, jumping castle was removed.. all the kids shows and acitivites were also not available. it was like they were excepting guests to come and stay at their hotel but removing all the facilities. we only got shows the first two nights and then that closed too. i wish the hotel would have informed us of this from before. we would have never spent so much in ticketsand hotel etc to go all the way there and then be disappointed. very few of the resorts facilities were open like the water slides and archery. the only other main things which were open were they paid stuff like the zip line or the boat cruise.. even the paid go karting closed. my kids were very sad as they were looking fwd to a good hoilday but were disappointed at every step. the hotel was huge but the train/tram which is normally there was also not available to move around.. and if it matters, they rooms were not cleaned properly.. they would just make the bed..and i had to request them to change the bedsheet as there was old stains on one of them. no vacuming or dusting.. my son was playing hide and seek with my daughter in the room and he hid under the study table.. when he came out, there were spider webs tangled in his hair!!

Review 25：the resort was huge and there was lots to do but make sure you only go during their peak season or most of the facilities in the resort will be closed. i enjoyed the variety in lunch and dinner though breakfast was the same repetition everyday. some of the staff were friendly.. rooms were spacious.. the slides in the pool were fabulous..
