Review 1：The room was fresh and clean. The complementary breakfast was a good variety delicious food. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place.

Review 10：The old sink faucet was worn out and difficult to operate. Wi-Fi did not work at all in my room (furthest from lobby). The elevator was out of order 09-Aug-2015. Parking area and walkways to the rooms were dirty and needed maintenance.
Review 11：The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning worked great. This is located very close to the airport with easy access to restaurants and shopping.
Review 12：Everything was awful. The first room I was in smelled like an ashtray, the second room I had the toilet overflow after an unanswered request to fix it. The comforter in the second room looked as if dogs had rolled around in it- I requested a clean replacement but it wasn't replaced. The third room we were in had a difficult door- it took a lot of wiggling for it to open. There were men just standing outside their doors watching the comings and goings of patrons. The hotel has no security and I did not feel safe there. I photographed cigarette burns on the curtains and on the blanket of the last room...it was the worst place I have ever stayed at.

Review 16：Elevator makes noise when it closes because door hits the bar on the side. Didn't have a metal suitcase holder in the room, but was quickly given one when the staff was informed.

Review 19：I booked my room for 2 days and the only complaint I have is my room key wouldn't work to open my door the second day...I had to get house keeping to open it for me.
Review 20：The space I parked my car in was under a tree and that must have housed every bird in El Paso because my car hood was completly covered with bird poo...took 10 bucks to clean it off at the car wash lol..
