Review 1：Staff elsewhere in hotel, quite poor attitudes, they seemed annoyed at everything! Food poor, very little meat and no fish available. Most of the dishes were luke warm. No snacks at anytime. For all inclusive, We expected snacks as the main meals were so poor.

Review 2：Location, perfect. Reception lady, really friendly and helpful. Rooms clean and good condition

Review 3：The resturant was not planned well. You had to go into different rooms for food and drinks and dangerouse to carry hot food and hot drinks the room was not next to each other. The food was ok but service very bad. This is never a 4* i would class this as a 2* only. No activities and nothing to do for anybody.

Review 4：No wifi in the room, asked for user name and password. Info in the hotel manual said "wifi in public place"

Review 5：Very clean and presentable hotel. Fantastic size pool. Staff member showed us to our room and showed us how everything worked in the room.

Review 6：house keeper was lazy.in 5 days she changed our towels only 2 times.We had to ask to reception for soap , shower gel and toilet paper, were provided only in first day and then house keeper didn't bodher any more.is not a 4* hotel, more like a 3*...wi-fi is working only for a few minutes if you ask to reception a reset of the router.the room was a bit noisy, door is not soundproofing.
