Review 1：It was a little way out of town but there was a courtesy vehicle that was able to take us to the BTS skyrail which was very convenient and allowed us to get to all the attractions and shopping activities.
Review 2：Love the layout of the 4 bedroom apartment. Very spacious and my son loved the gym and pool. We had a great stay.

Review 11：En-suite had excellent fittings but was poorly designed - especially for fatter visitors! Difficult to get to the toilet as the door blocks access! Location would be very poor for someone without a car. Possibly threatening after dark for a pedestrian. 500 meters down a narrow but busy street which itself is located off a huge Highway complex of 10 lanes with an elevated motorway above. No shops for 100s of meters.

Review 18：The room is very cozy, with relaxing views to a green area. The appliances are new. The cleaning service is very good. It is 300 meters from the main road, so it is very quiet.

The location is not very good, it is quite hard to locate any café around that area. Why isn't there any newspaper given to us? One of the manager on duty for the night shift is a little snobbish, delayed our checked-in procedures.

Review 22：I highly appreciate hotel staff's kind and friendly behavior. The security guards are very helpful and hospitality. The hotel is very clear and comfortable. Overall, Thomson Residence Hotel is wonderful. I love being there again and will introduce my friends to stay at this hotel whenever they travel to Bangkok.

Review 33：The kitchen was very dirty. There was an oil stain on the wall and thick mold on dish drainer. We have to wash all the utensil before using because they were covered with dust. For bath room, the water heater was unstable. There were only too cold and too hot water. Moreover, the room was very noisy; we could hear the car engine the whole night we stay. Lastly, remote control for TV was out of battery.

Review 114：Young couple in our mid 20s. Traveling through Thailand. We were at theend of our adventure, and needed a place to stay for our final twonights. This hotel was closer to the suvarnabhumi airport as well,making it an affordable taxi ride to the airport.The area seems very residential, with gates and security blocking the entrance. The area appeared nice and clean, so I found no complaints on my end. Other than that, it was incredible clean, the staff took care of you and ensured you had a pleasant stay. I'd stay here again, no questions asked.
