Review 1：The Bed was a little hard, rooms compact. But with the price.. you can't complain.

Had to cross stoned road with poop everywhere. - Toilet was in poor condition (water heater not functioning, toilet tiles were moldy) - Bed smelled really weird, even had hair under the pillows which were not ours - Cockroaches was everywhere to be seen - Breakfast was the same every single day. I had to inform the same staff everyday which room I was at (stayed there for 5 days)

The street where the hotel is located is very narrow, always in traffic since there were street vendors along. There's always a risk of getting run over by any type of vehicle. If you ask me, the hotel rate should be cheaper.

Review 25：The whole hotel is very rundown. Breakfast was horrible. Food is tasteless. Restaurant is only open for breakfast so dont get it why they have photos of rice set and why its stated that in room dining is possible. Restaurant was very small unlike shown in the pictures. People had to wait outside to get themselves a table. We had one extra person n the staff were very calculative and didn't allow the person to have breakfast. Couldnt close the shower room door in both the rooms we booked so the whole toilet became wet. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who wants a pleasant stay in bangkok. The rooms are very very small. Nothing like what its shown in the pictures. Aircon was very noisy and took a very long time to cool a tiny room. It should be a 1 or 2 star hotel instead of 3.

During the day the pratunum market comes to live with the cheap clothing and food. Of cos its abit tight for cars motors tuk tuk passing through so watch where you're stepping. The hotel staff were super friendly. I ask the for the thai name of some streets to show the cab driver and they also gave me a rough gauage as to how much it cost so that we will not be ripped off by the driver. They also gave honest recommendations as to where to go where to eat. Overall if you just wanna slp and bath in the hotel and mostly out the whole day its alright I guess but definitely not for fussy people.

Review 61：They tried to put us in a room that stank of cigarettes when we had asked for a non smoking room. The WiFi was almost non existent the phone internet was more reliable. The TV was tuned to Indian stations and it was too difficult to find a Thai or English station. We were told that management were catering for the Indian market so they didn't want to subscribe to the English channels. The clincher was being told that the tuk tuk didn't go to Phayathai train station when I pointed out the text on Booking.com they claimed the tuk tuk had broken down. All in all a terrible experience and we won't be back.

Review 85：They will charge you 200 bhat for even the most tiny spot/stain left behind on any fabric including handkerchief, door mat, toweb, comforter, bedsheets. When you check out on the last day, they will give you an unexpected stack of outstanding bills to be paid. After speaking to other guest from this hotel I found out that most of the guest were charged an additional amount and some we charged up to 1000 bhats. Room service does not change your bedsheets when they make up your room sometimes. Beware people

Review 86：I like everything from the hotel, the staff are very nice and willing to help, tuk tuk service is good to bring us to the nearest bts station. Location is awesome, 5 minutes walk to pratunam market n 10 minutes to platinum mall, definitely will be back again .

It's a walking distance from Ratchaprarop Station so once you get down from the station, ask around because you might get cheated if you're a first timer. By tuktuk, or even a taxi, it wont have to cost you more than 200THB because it is very, very near.

Check out: my travel mate discovered 1 drink from mini bar which were add to his bill which was incorrect. A big fuss abt 1 drink. I do not know if this is due to the dollar exchange rate. But when I checked in the total price was 8 EURO cheaper than when I checked out. The TV channels are not much. FOrm e I have not watch TV at all and hoorray for free WIFI and movies I put on my tablet

Review 115：Lackadaisical approach of receptionist. Though there was a travel desk but nobody was there for consecutive 2 days. Reception could not provide any info about tourist attraction of Bangkok. They exert themselves as the most busiest person in the world and don't care for who else come and go in their hotel. The most shocking part of our stay is that we slept with ants. Though on request they cleaned the room but everyday we slept with ants for 3 days. We opt for 3 bed room but the room size was not suitable for 3 beds. Overall not value for money. Be cautious if you break anything inside room, they might charge more than their displayed rate chart inside room.

Although it seems like there are many channels, when I tried to click into the channel, it only shows a blank screen. Tried to explain to the hotel but they dont get it so I gave up.

Review 129：Hotel is located beside the pratunam market which makes shopping a stone throw away. There are also many road side stalls and convenient stores just beneath the hotel which means easy food access. However traffic in the small lane can be very bad during peak hours. Room is very basic. If you want the massage, do visit the one in the hotel's itself. The 3 or 4 along the hotel cannot make it. Not sure about the Blue Massage but the nearest 3 sucks.

Review 130：If you need them to book a taxi to airport for you, they charge 400 bath (including toll) for normal taxi (acceptable price) and 700 bath for jumbo taxi (Toyota Innova) which I think is too high. You can easily flag one jumbo taxi on the street at much cheaper price. I got into one at 550 bath, I think we would be able to get another at lower price if we were not rushing to the airport. Much cheaper if you manage to get a metered one, I think it will cost about 350 bath including toll, without long traffic jam of course.
