Review 1：had to ask for any room service out of 6 days we only had room service on the 3rd day and we did have to request this, no empting of waste baskets, we had to ask for water and coffee daily in the evening, this was when the hotel wasnt busy only 3/4 rooms occupied. at 1pm every day staff went to the small resturant for lunch Staff always pleasant but not very efficient in their job. Over priced for what we got

Review 2：Grounds well looked after and maintained excellent views of the bay and islands easy access to a narrow stretch of sand easy to get to town on the buses rooms spacous we had no problem with getting hot water in the shower

Review 3：My only complaints were with the room. The beds were hard as rocks, literally. The room was a bit smelly and musty but we aired it out each morning which helped. The shower was NEVER hot, warm yes, hot no. They also didn't have a crib which was advertised on booking.com, so it made sleeping arrangements tough with a toddler. But overall, we really enjoyed this place!

Review 4：This place was almost exactly what we needed! Our family room was large, the view was amazing, the pool facilities were fantastic, they had everything you would need and want for children (sandbox, toys, play area, kiddie pool). The staff, the staff was like our family when we left! We absolutely loved all of them. They helped with anything and everything we needed, they loved our kids and were constantly playing with them. The restaurant was convenient and had plenty to choose from. This place made relaxing very very easy.

Review 5：Restaurant is not recommended by us, or maybe just we were unlucky with our thai pork and spaghetti choice the first night, as we observed, most guests eat only once here except for the breakfast. The casual insects in the restaurant and bathroom (very few) should not deter anybody, there is not much of them here and it is usual at this climate. Wifi is generally OK, but goes away once in every two days, management ususally resolves this relatively fast.

Review 6：Very nice garden, lovely pool and overall ambiance. Rooms with seaview are silent and comfortable, staff is nice and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here very much, but think, that the hotel is overpriced compared to other hotels nearby. You pay for the seaview a lot, but we don't regret for the extra price, maybe you will enjoy your stay as much as we did here. Aircon is silent and works fine. Management is tough with discounts, even if we stayed 12 nights, we were not able to negotiate any discount. Overall, we wanted a relaxed place and got it. If you like island hopping, it is perfectly located, 3 minutes from the local port. Ao Nang is only 10 minutes by scooter.

Review 9：The food is average at best and too expensive. It takes too long. The showers are cheap. The wifi is weak and some times does not work. Expensive rides to the airport (600 baht). Overall a little expensive for what it offers.

Review 10：Fantastic pool overlooking the ocean and the cliffs. Very close to the pier from where you can get cheaper island hopping trips than from Ao Nang and Railay. Quiet. Nice staff. Nice rooms.

Review 11：quite far away from the ferry. Tuc Tuc is quite expensive to get here. Not really an option to swim in the Ocean here, lots of stones and low tide

Review 12：quite far away from the ferry, but the hote has a drop and pick up, that can be arranged in advance. Nice rooms, nice pool and poolside, direkt access to the beach. Very quiet and possibility to relax. All people working are family, very nice and helpfull

Review 13：First day of our arrival bed sheets has hole and black marks but they changed it the next day. Was not happy one day we had to wait 1 hour for free shuttle and in the end we go to ao nang with song teauw. We know its free but please let us know that this service is unreliable.

Review 16：Liked almost everything about the resort! The frontdesk receptionist was awesome! she made us feel welcomed and almost at home. she is so helpful and the rest of the staffs was all full of smiles! When we were ordering mcdelivery for supper and the person on the other line couldnt speak english, the receptionist translated for us without any fuss!

Review 17：They insisted on charging us for our entire stay upon arrival and charged it on our credit card without our permission. The manager was not a very friendly, nor agreeable person. This resort would flourish under a better manager. We were the only people there in the entire resort and they would not let us have a late check-out. They said we could store our bags and swim, but it was pouring down rain and with 2 small kids we had no where to go because our flight was later. It felt very inconsiderate to us. The manager also tried to blame us for holes in the screen door that were there when we arrived.

Review 18：The family rooms are perfect. We liked: 15 minute boat ride from Railay, free use of bicycles, located in a town that is not touristy and has many cheap and delicious restaurant options within walking distance. The made-to-order breakfast was fresh and tasty. Very well-kept, kid-friendly pool. Shuttle service free to Ao Nang.

Review 19：Air cond Room 12 not facing good direction, took a long time to cool the room. My balcony does not have the hang clothes rack like other rooms that I can see from the balcony.

Review 32：Excellent staff and service, great location, free kayaks and bikes are a must! Lovely food and good choice at breakfast. Close to pier to get to railay bay (only 80baht from here, ao nang beach is more) few places to eat and drink around but we liked having some quiet time after coming from bangkok and food at hotel so good, also recommend jasmine restaurant over the road! Lovely pool area and nice and quiet if u want a day to do nothing. Stephan and his team are fantastic and recommend this place!!!

Review 35：If you're looking for a peaceful, relaxing location with a friendly atmosphere and great food this is the perfect place to get away from it all. If you're looking for bars and buzz in the centre of Ao Nang beach this is not the place for you. Luckily we were in the former camp.

Review 42：- There was a minor unpleasant smell in the badroom, but this increased dramatically after taking a shower. When confronting the front desk with this fact, they told us they knew this problem and came with a spray!! What a joke! They should not rent this room!!! - Very close to the hotel, every morning they collect the garbage from the surrounding islands. Therefore, the beach was not clean. - Too expensive for the worst hotel in Thailand of the 6 we stayed in. I have no idea how they got their "certificate of excellence" - Isolated location. Recommend you stay in Ao Nang

Review 45：Privacy, view, stuff, food, room, swimming pool. Location was a little bit far from bars, restaurants, clubs - but I liked this cause it gave us privacy while the connection to Krabi or Ao-Nang was very easy and cheap via boat or taxi - when we needed to party

Review 46：Manager at the front desk was a miserable person. Ourselves and everyone else we met couldn't understand how she could be in customer service. Nobody could believe the rating the hotel received. The only good thing about this "hotel" was the friendly kitchen staff and the location. Two thumbs down.

Review 49：The location is a bit odd - you have to take a boat, bus, or taxi to get to the beach. For the price paid I really expected much more - a basic 3 star hotel with a basic breakfast ( tang instead of orange juice ) - but at a minimum of $50 / night... you expect more. While one woman at the desk was very helpful when it was the man's turn he was dreadful. Not helpful, knowledgeable or conversant in English. The restaurant was odd - I ordered pasta and got charged twice, once for the pasta and once for the sauce. Seriously. Also, when I checked out - only as I was about to leave and was settling up for day trips they'd helped me book - the clerk said they charge 3% for using a credit card instead of cash.

Review 50：One woman at the front desk was wonderful - friendly, helpful and kind. She spoke great English and really improved my stay. They have a free taxi to take you to Ao Nang or Krabi twice a day. A lovely swimming pool and a nice bathroom. The rooms overlooking the pool have a great view. Walking distance to Nammao pier which has boats to Raillay and perhaps other ports as well.

Review 52：Canoes /kayaks (2?) and bicycles (2) free of charge, excellent for exploring the neigbourhood. Friendly staff, nice pool with (non-heated) jacuzzi. Just a few steps down a stair and you are on the beach. Nice, clean room.

Review 59：I didn't realize how far away from the action it was. We took the free shuttle into town every day so that made it easier. We stayed in the family room and the bathroom venting was awful....smelled like sewer gas. I told the front staff and wasn't sure if they understood the problem. Maybe it was just bad that we were the end unit and all the pipes vented through our room. When we originally got there, the scent was masked by some heavy moth ball smell which we found. After we put those outside because they made us sick, the sewer smell came through
