Aktur Residence sells fast on our site. Aktur Residence offers typical whitewashed Bodrum houses set among the green garden in the Aegean coast and a private area at the blue flag beach, only a few steps away. The property also includes an outdoor pool.
The apartments create a warm setting with elegantly selected wooden furniture in contrast to all-white walls. They all offer cooking facilities, free WiFi and a private balcony or a patio opening out to the garden. Some apartments also have beautiful views of the Aegean Sea.
The poolside restaurant serves delicious dishes and the İskele Balık Restoran serves seafood. Snacks and drinks can be ordered from Mavi Café and the snack bar.

Review 1：Communication is abit tough as most of the staff do not speak english. Internet is very weak, but I don't think its a must for a getaway vacation

Review 5：Free wifi was terrible. Virtually no connection most of the time. While the room sizes are big the bathroom is tiny, even a kid has to squeeze between the door and the sink to get in and close the door. Kitchen utensils were good but some cutlery were rusty.
Review 6：Location is great. On the beach, close to downtown Bodrum. Beautiful facility. Extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff. I'm super impressed with the staff. You can tell they go through training, Great pool. Very good restaurant. Everything is made from scratch, no frozen hamburgers or pizzas. Nice sized apartments with a full sized fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. it was convenient to be able to prepare food "at home" especially with small kids.
Review 7：Terrible smell of sewage in one of our bathrooms which made it unusable. According to the management there was nothing they could do except move us, but it was the same problem in all garden and middle level apartments. As the week progresses the whole apartment smelt. For this reason I wouldn't stay here again.

Review 9：Not all staff could understand English, no microwave oven in the room, housekeeping only twice in a week, dolmus station is a bit of a walk would be nice to have a shuttle to the station and to the Bitez main beach
Review 10：Beautiful location and views. It is situated in Bitez which is much more peaceful than Bodrum (the bigger town). Bodrum is 10 min in dolmus bus and Gumbet is nearby as well. Get the room with the better views of the sea. Nice on site restaurant, ample space in the room, great terrace with a view, easy access to the beach (wodden planks not the sandy beach access) and good swimming pool as well.
Review 11：The water of the pool was cold for us, 24, 25 degrees. The Internet didn't work very well.
Review 12：We liked our apartment, we had a beautiful view from our balcony. The kitchen was well equipped, the rooms big enough and the bathroom contained a washer and dryer which is great to have if you stay for a few weeks. The staff was very friendly and there was always a follow up if we asked or needed something.

Review 14：Only one bedroom had air-conditioning. They didn't provide even adishcloth in the kitchen, we had to buy everything. Reception staff hadvery limited English language skills. It is a very hilly location withsome steep climbs to get around the place which aren't so good foranyone not fit and healthy. Wi-fi and Internet connection very erratic.They charge tl25 per day for hire of an iron.
Review 15：Lovely decks full of loungers for relaxing at the water's edge, anda great pool too. A good location away from the busyness of the village,but a pleasant coastal walk to get there. Apartment was comfortable andreasonably spacious. The balcony has great views out to sea. Good foodat reasonable prices in the restaurant. Lovely gardens and trees allaround the site.
Review 16：Bit of a trek to get to Bitez beach which is wear restaurants and supermarket etc are. I would say 15 minute walk but this did not phase us being younger. We stocked up on our first day and would only venture in for dinner. The view and privacy of hotel made it worth the walk
Review 17：The pool was great and you could also swim in the sea in front of hotel off pontoon. Rooms are spacious and very nice and clean. Awesome views
Review 18：The sea, the site, the kitchen facilities, etc... They were all just perfect. The apartment had a wonderful sea and city view. It was great to have meals at the balcony with that excellent view. We stayed with a 8 months baby and requested a babycot. They provided a baby chair as well though I did not request it. I was very pleased with that.
Review 19：Aircon took a holiday after the first day, and not even the engineer could make it go.
Review 20：Location, view, room. Everything really. We needed a quiet place to unwind after 2 weeks of holiday. Aktur on the hill was just the place. We loved our balcony. The rooms were fitted out to a very high standard and the cleaning staff were better than any others we had on our trip. This is top notch self catering.

Review 23：We killed a scorpion (6cm) and tick in the middle of the kitchen on the 1st day and 5th day of our stay!!! Disinfection is not sufficient if there is. Furniture were old and dirty, the room was not cleaned well during check in and after 2 days ordinary service, kitchen utensils were cheap and rusty, shuttle service inside the land was not enough, Hotel staff was 80% untrained about the service and the hotel conditions, We don't like it and we don't want to be bitten by scorpions during our holiday

Review 43：The courtesy set and toiletries offered are not adequate, and we weren't particularly happy when we discovered that the so called beach is in reality a platform on the shore, elegant enough but only partially accessible, since half of it is reserved for "sofa areas" that you have to book in advance even when they are empty. On the other hand, the water is crystal clean and the entire area is well equipped. wi fi connection system could be improved
Review 44：The village is nicely integrated in the surrounding landscape and the apartments are comfortable, clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony is stunning. The front desk staff was very helpful in arranging for us a scooter rental, and even if only one person for shift is able to speak english, they managed to fulfill our requests.
Review 45：They appear to cater to mainly a Turkish clientele - not all the staff spoke English so it could be a bit of a problem at times. The wifi connection for each device requires a seperate login/password which can be a pain if the network goes down - which it did on one occasion. Also it would have been nice to have a shop providing basic supplies on site - the nearest one was ten minutes walk away.
Review 46：A very modern clean and spacious apartment with a seperate bedroom, living/dining area and a balcony with a great view of Bitez harbour and the Aegean sea beyond. Every facility was provided including both a dishwashing and a clothes washing machine. There was a large swimming pool and, best of all, a secluded private swimming area in the sea with a deck and a floating platform. We really liked the location which was about 15-20 minutes drive from Bodrum and therefore quite accessible to enjoying the city's shopping and nightlife while at the same time providing a quiet haven to come home to.

Review 50：Very hard beds. We needed four thick blankets to get comfortable; 6 would have been better. Nothing to do with this resort, but May's temperature was about as hot as we like. Even the "natives" hate the July and August heat!
Review 51：Nice cool Aegean Sea to swim in - plus the pool which was big enought to swim laps. Top floor rooms are a must if you are to have a nice sea view (except for the rooms nearest the water of course). Hotel staff was very accommodating with every request. We liked dining in the little town of Bitez rather than at the crowded tourist spots in Bodrum (although even in Bodrum everywhere we went was very good). Don't eat English food - stay with the Turkish diet and you will never go back.
Review 52：Aktur Residence has a perfect location with a blue flagged sea coast and a well built beach concept where you will want to spend all day. If you would like to buy your own breakfast stuff, you can find bakeries, markets all around this place where you have to drive no more than 5 mins. The flat we stayed had a sea view which pleased us even we had lots of rain on the first day. The stuff were very nice and positive.

Review 72：The rooms were lovely, the bed so comfy, the view from our balcony amazing. It is probably the best apartment I've ever stayed in!
