Review 1：The room we had was clean and comfortable and was ideal for our purposes. We appreciated that the location was pet friendly and situated in an area central to our activities. Good breakfast too that was available until 9:30 so didn't have to get up early to eat.

Review 2：The room didn't even have a closet for coats in North Dakota! Tiny room. Needs an update. Bathroom was clean, updated. Nothing fancy.

Review 4：The room we were given looked like there had been little attention given to thoroughly cleaning the bathroom and it appeared no vacuuming in the main part of the room-very disappointing!

Review 8：I noticed the dresser top was not wiped for days. We saw this on Friday. We came back to our room Saturday to notice that it wasn't wiped. It's a small detail, but tells me what else hasn't been done. Don't do the little things usually the bigger one are ignored. Also they never gave us any coffee for the maker on Saturday too. If they wondered why no tip....this is why.

Review 9：Check in was quick and courtesy. Problem with a burnt out light in the bathroom, and we switched room no delay. Staff we're friendly.

Review 11：The room was comfortable. Nice to have sink outside of bathroom so people can get ready at same time. Good breakfast. Fun having bar/casino connected to hotel.

Review 12：I didn't like the bathroom as it wasn't 100% clean; the toilet seat looked dirty and the shower/tub had hair in it. The toilet was running all night and had stopped working. Also the first day there, there was banging noise like someone was fixing stuff downstairs. I also thought one of the staff members (I think Brian was his name) could have been more cheerful and helping like the others.

When we were greeted upon arrival, the guy took a while coming out of his office, then he didn't seem very happy. Just treated us like we were a bother. Then when we returned to our room later in the evening the next day, our keys didn't work and the staff just made all kinds of excuses, and didn't seem to care about us at all as guests.

I was over-charged by the Hotel with a few Dollars.The Hotel ''estimated" what the rate could have been butthe Hotel was wrong. I over paid. Not much, just a couple of Dollars,but I overpaid. Even after I showed them the correct amount, the Hoteldid not change their record to the confirmed amount. Weird place ! no,will not go back to this hotel.

Review 62：My room was dirty, smelled liked cigarette smoke. The outside smoking area was right outside my window so I was woken up every half hour or so from people smoking. There was an old fridge in the room that was super loud and would make a loud popping noise when it kicked on. Finally just unplugged it. In severe need of updating everything in the room. There was also an extra pet fee. I could of stayed at a nice hotel for 20 more dollars. Gross experience, stay somewhere else.

Review 64：Strong stale urine smell in the room. Lots of accumulated dust along all walls. Towel bar was bent and filthy! Both doors were filthy and the patch job was terrible!! Construction of sink base poor quality- sharp edges where stone/ceramic pieces came together. No caulking around sink. ice bucket was dirty! Room needed much improvement!

Review 74：There were two items left behind by prior occupants that were not removed by housekeeping - a bag of chips on the floor behind microwave that was visible to me when sitting on the chair in the corner; and a used!!!!!! wash cloth left in the shower by prior occupant. Maybe more time spent by more housekeepers to remove such items would be better than fewer housekeepers trying to get the rooms ready for guests. We waited an additiona one-half hour to get our room because the rooms had not been cleaned.

Review 87：Security: the parking lot was dark as it extends west of 38th; all spaces near the entrance were taken when i returned one night, and I had to walk farther than I wanted to being alone. The room had no inside chain to lock the door. Again, I was alone, and I had real concerns about that. I wouldn't stay there alone ever again. The vanity was almost nonexistant so most of my "stuff" had to be retrieved from other surfaces. There is no elevator and my room was on the 2nd floor. I managed but my back paid the price.

Review 111：During our USA tour, we also used hotels booked by others, this was the best all round and competed well with the more expensive Best Western, the breakfast offered was superior, if maybe we needed the extras like a pool etc then of course the BW would have been worth the higher price tag. The added extra in the Fargo Inn and Suite was the sports bar which would benefit many guest I am sure, plus two high class restaurants within 100 metres.
