Review 12：It was not ckean in the hallways and the room smelled smok of cigarettes! But the worst was the bed, old, very much used and to hard to sleep on! I slept maybe 4 hours only? I think the owner is happy as long as the Chunees are coming and stay, then he don't need to improve the hotel.

Review 14：The location of the property is really a problem... we could either take the cab or the moto-cab from the BTS station to the property. If only the property provides free shuttle. Unless we travel for a convention at the BITEC or else, I wouldn't recommend to stay here. When the evening comes, lots of mosquitoes at the lobby area (Building B). :( A couple of staff were not as friendly and helpful so... probably because they couldn't converse in English well. (This is my assumption).

Television channels is only in local language (Thai language) almost no international language (Ex. English) 5. Restaurant for breakfast is quite small if compare to the large group of visitors (especially when have Chinese groups tour)

Review 32：1. The hotel is far out off a motorway and very far from the citycentre where the MRT and shopping district is which cost us a lot for taxi fares both ways. Most taxi drivers did not want to drive us back to the hotel in Bang Na as it does not guarantee them having passengers on the way back to the city. 2. Two of the 4 Front Office staff were generally friendly except for one who was grumpy and not pleasant and the other not bothered, and they did not speak English well either as they could not understand simple questions like how far it was for us to walk out to find shops, etc... 3. The room they allocated to us was in Building B on the ground floor without any windows. There was a cut out hole in the room which was stuffed back in with plastic around it. No bathrobes provided, slippers were in odd sizes. Even found a millipede in our bathroom.

They also knocked my door soloud coz they think it was one of their friend's room. I reallycannot sleep all night and also cannot call the hotel from the room,the telephone didn't work. Review 51：Staff, Facilities, Ease of access to Bangna BTS, perfect place and the price of rooms is second to none, you will not find a cheaper place in BKK - average price of a room in BKK is $30 upward a night.

Review 123：The interior of the hotel is just desperately grim. My room was OK and having a balcony was pretty cool, but the bathroom was horrible and the shower dribbled tepid water on to me like it just really couldn't be arsed. The first night my whole room smelled faintly of faeces and regret, so I left the balcony open and got mosquitoed to death. My fault obviously, but still annoying. The air-conditioning sounded like a light aircraft, even on low and the fridge was not much quieter. Add to that the plethora of stray dogs and the very loud, echoey halls and it is makes for quite the noisy sleeping experience. I paid for 3 hours of internet and got just under 2 and a half. All that said, it's a solid 3 star hotel. If you're trying to do Bangkok on a seriously tight budget or need to be in that location for 1 or 2 nights (as I did), it is OK. Otherwise, just don't.

By their promotional / marketing staff SoI looked up another Internet site Bookings.com and got the room for 950Baht. A massive amount of fried eggs were per cooked, it would be betterfor a customer to order the eggs and for them to be cooked on the spot.All the rooms should have a flat screen tv and bathrooms should have awider selection of soaps etc. I stayed in two rooms for the two nights
