Review 1：No towels, hand or bath soap....smelly room/carpet? And ground or should I say no grounds - location for pet to enjoy.

Review 5：Younger front desk staff member looked to be not interested in her job. Desk in room was missing chair. Breakfast selection left a lot to be desired. No refrigerator in room where as other hotels at same price and cheaper at least have one in the room. Company used to provide room service sent over spoiled meat making it inedible.
Review 6：Before checking in to the room we called the front desk, as we were traveling with children they wanted use the pool. When we finally reached someone at the desk, we asked if there indoor pool was opened and at least room temp. When we arrived the pool was open but barley above freezing. We were very disappointed, this was the main reason for staying.

Review 9：I loved everything about the sleep inn... The helpful staff,the rooms were very clean and the breakfast was awesome... Will stay again over n over ... Its actually the only hotel in El Paso that has great service... One happy customer and will stay again... I rate it at a 10plus... Also the staff takes time to talk to customers and make sure our stay is going okay... The other thing I loved is that they allowed us a late checkout which is great if yuur traveling from faraway! Thank You Sleep Inn Service was the best and beds were comfortable
