Review 1：The staff are the friendliest and most helpful people you get. We were given the option to upgrade to a bungalow and were not charged as the bungalow was not being used for our stay. The food served at the restaurant was delicious. The pool and view at the pool was amazing. 10 min walk to the pier which takes you to Railey Beach. 15 min drive to Ao Nang, staff offered us free rides there and back. Great stay.
Review 2：amazingly good hospitality, we had a late night flight and had booked a room for the previous night, morning when we were about to check out the lady told us its okay we can continue to keep our luggage back in the room as the hotel was not too busy, came back after our days plan have shower and then leave without any extra charge. I was just taken back with the hospitality they showed. Place was very quite, nicely maintained with very sweet staff, make you feel like home. I would definitely recommend this place. we also booked our cab to airport and picked up scooters from the same place and their rates were pretty good as compared to the rates outside.
Review 3：The private beach wasn't for swimming. So we used the free transport to Ao Nang beach or used the good pool.

Review 5：Good value for this area. Pool was big and clean with views of the cliffs and lots of loungers. Helpful staff. Food and drink onsite. Tours and booking help. Short walk to roadside restaurants and close to pier to catch boats to Railay or day trips.

Review 7：The owner and staff were so helpful and nice. We called because we were unsure of the location and the owner sent a ride to the previous place we were staying to take us to the resort. The grounds were beautiful, the room was very clean, the air conditioning worked wonderfully, and the pool was beautiful. We couldn't believe how accommodating the owner was.

Review 13：While I can appreciate that the hotel is in a remote area and bugs arelikely to pop up here and there, I did not appreciate the attitude ofthe staff when I asked to change rooms because there were lizards in mybedroom. I felt like I was being laughed at, and it was blatantlyobvious that the staff were ridiculing me openly in their own language.The staff member who I told about the lizards agreed that it was likelythe lizards had entered either through a large hole in one of thefloorboards, of through the door which didn't close properly. We movedrooms twice as a result, and ended up in a room much cheaper than theone we paid for. The 'private plunge pool' we were supposed to have,turned out to be nothing more than a stagnant basin of dirty water thatlooked as though I might catch something if I dared to get into it. The'restaurant' was an absolute joke. A staff member took my order of aburger and fries, which I could see her preparing in the 'kitchen' frommy table. I sat and watched in disgust as she spread mayonnaise on theburger bun with her fingers. She then dropped the burger meat on thefloor as she attempted to flip the burger onto the bun. Then, she pickedit up and put it back on the bun!!! When I complained about the mealthat I witnessed being prepared in the most unsanitary fashion, thestaff member who served it started to laugh. Seeing the look of utterdisgust on my face, he quickly fetched the manager, to whom I explainedour situation. While apologetic, he did nothing else to suggest that thestaff member would be punished for her complete lack of hygiene, leadingme to believe that this isn't the first time such a thing has happenedat this hotel. The staff, with the exception of 1 helpful young lady atthe front desk, were extremely unpleasant to deal with. When we went tocomplain about the room, we were passed on to a staff member who hassledus for a very long time about booking various trips with him.
