Review 1：Stayed in the dorm room and found the bed very hard. Shower wasn't the best but I still found the place to be excellent value for money.
Review 2：Staff were particularly helpful on arrival and also did laundry for free.
Review 3：Check-in was completely unorganized and took about 30 minutes. Almost everything in the building is broken -- e.g. the stairs, the showers. The beds are horribly uncomfortable and the room was so hot that we had to leave the window open, but a cat kept coming in and jumping on us in the middle of the night.

Her kind behaviour indeed saved my trip and made it an comfortable and enjoyable one. I am extremely grateful to her. Thank you very much Lucy! Warning: bring warm coat when visit Russian in winter! Well, I guess nobody need my warning, I just couldn't figure out how I missed this....
Review 24：We booked a double room and ended up sleeping on a sofa bed with one single bed quilt. Plus WE HAD TO MAKE OUR OWN BED!!! The room is on the 6th floor and there is no elevator, so I had to carry two 25 kg suitcases along with two fully loaded travel backpacks upstairs. Wifi signal is pretty weak in the room. There were dead flies behind the curtains. We heard scraping sounds in the middle of the nights, suspected rodents. There wasn't any sink in the bathroom, you had to use the kitchenette sink which is in the room, and the drain made the room smell.
