Review 1：Everything. Would have loved to have a microwave in the room but there was one in the common area, so no major issues. The staff was helpful and courteous. The room setting was very good. The location is great for a city commute.
Review 2：TV and cable felt like I was in the 80s. If you do not know how the interstate is set up around El Paso, you may have trouble getting in and out. No refrigerator or microwave; small rooms; queen bed is really a full size. Internet is sporadic.

Review 4：Bed were hard and uncomfortable. No microwaves or fridges in the rooms, that proves difficult for an extended stay.

Review 6：The elevator was a death trap. Not stopping level so I hurt my back stepping in. Doors not wanting to open. Breakfast and coffee were nasty.

Review 8：The receptionist Ms.Janine, she's bad aptitud and she not bring information for the located room. Two times I'm rent room in the same times she was a bad aptitud. I can't rent again. Very poor service in the lobby with this lady, incredible she was there.

Review 10：We stayed in a downstairs, end room near the parking lot this time (also across from the stairwell and rear exit). No fault of the hotel but other guest were noisy. We asked that the front desk have some one sitting in the nearby parking lot turn down the loud music he was listening too. It was done immediately. After driving 12 hours, we were tired and any noise was disruptive to our sleep. On our return trip we had reserved a 3rd storyroom away from the parking lot. Problem solved.

Review 12：The pool was out of order. The breakfast was a joke. Cold coffee, no fruit (it was gone I guess). Someone said there were a few bananas earlier. Desk staff were downright rude.

Review 14：I did not appreciate the surprise of having to put up a theft and damage deposit that would not come back to my credit card account for at least three days. That is NOT common procedure.

Review 39：I was looking for Mcrotel Inn. It took me about 2 hours until I finally called the number listed in the phone book. When I finally arrived, I found out the name was changed to Guest House Inn . I should have been told of the name change.
