Review 1：no real bad experience but bfast does not mach with the hotel! let me explain: such a nice boutique needs a more sophisticatedbfast in terms of using local products and not cash and carry/hypermarket stuff even if it would cost more. nevertheless this will not stop me to revisit andrecommend the place

Review 4：Excellent location - very central, yet quiet and peaceful, large parking. Had the five star room - everything was excellent. Had to cancel the week-end because of some urgent issue, so we left during our first night, but as for the little while we stayed there we enjoyed it a lot!

Review 5：Superb room & ensuite. A very generous breakfast, provided by the Lady owner. Our meal was accompanied by wonderful piano music performed by an excellent musician, namely the gentleman owner.

Review 24：The rooms were extremely comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom had an extremely large jacuzzi tub and there was a large flat screen television. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We requested a baby cot and it was set up on our arrival. A very nice hotel!

Review 25：Villa Alice is a wonderful surprise in accommodation for Suceava and even Romania. With a very good location, beautiful furniture and rather unique facilities, especially in the 5 star rooms, Villa Alice offered me and my husband a very warm stay, both literally and figuratively as the room was very well heated and the staff was friendly and helpful. I will certainly return here and I highly recommend it.

Review 26：Impeccable as last time. The exceptional and in good taste equipping of the rooms and bathrooms, the furniture and the warm and relaxing atmosphere keep Villa Alice in the first place of my personal top.

Review 27：We did not request the ostentatious luxury room. Could have done with a standard double room at a lower cost. Very disappointed with the male receptionist who failed to give us the wake up call for an early morning flight. He only came awake when we got to reception. As a consequence we were rushing, walked off accidently with the room key. The taxi driver said he would return it to the Hotel but as the Receptionist insisted he do it immediately after dropping us off and charge us 10 euro for it ! Most unhelpful ?

Review 29：Absolutely fantastic hotel in very good location. Centrally located, but still quiet. The rooms are very beautiful, the bathroom is a dream. The staff is very, very friendly and helpful, breakfast very good. Perfect location for exploring the Carpathian mountains and monasteries. Suceava itself is not so beautiful, but the people there are friendly and so the atmosphere is good.

Review 32：- The breakfast is limited to romanian food, I would suggest to add hot croissants- the shower wasn't sealed properly and there was water coming out - the quilt was too heavy for this time of the year (May) and we had to take it off, I'd suggest to put a lighter quilt - the courtains were of a light yellow colour and couldn't filter the light at all so at the sunrise we were awake every moring, I highly recommend to put proper courtains to filter light - the fitness area was very spoil and the sauna wasn't working - there was no lift
