Review 1：restaurant area was cold and some facilities were unavailable must be because of the winter

Review 2：it was really easy to find and only few minutes away from the town center, it was also really warm and comfortable. staff was helpfull...

Review 3：Beds were very hard. The ceiling in the bathroom kept dripping as well as the AC unit on the ceiling. They never came to repair it despite 3 reports to housekeeping, just a minor inconvenience. There was loud music till midnight every night. So getting to sleep early was not an option.

I waited 15 mins to solve this problem. Rooms, dirty, old , bad smell...... Minibar....I begged for water for 3 times(2 calls, 1 visit to reception) to put water in that minibar( I was ready to pay) No bell boy No parking guide... nothing more than small guesthouse...
