Review 1：Not a problem for me but some tips for who might be interested: -If you prefer walking distance to the beach, this is a bit hard. Though you can walk down the hill to the main road, it's gonna be very hot and a bit steep. I highly recommend you rent a car or motorbike. -If you expect this as a 5 star hotel with all facilities, I suggest you going to a hotel (but with the same price you may only get the size of much smaller) this is more like a comfortable home with workers assisting you. -Their breakfast is done by hiring a private chef, because we did not order chef before, when we wanted a chef, though the manager tried to arrange one, all the chefs worked for them were booked out. They said they sent emails to all the bookers before they arrive to ask if they need to book for breakfast, otherwise, chef is not guaranteed to be available. -I think this is beastly suitable for 3-6 people, if you a a couple, it may be too big for you :p
Review 2：We had a very memorable holiday in Koh Samui and I'm glad I made the right choice of staying in this beautiful villa. It's not our first time visiting Samui, last time we stayed by the beach, but I did not quite enjoy that because it was raining season, it was flooding at where we used to stay so this I decided to fine somewhere on the mountain with the view and swimming pool. I'm so glad that this is the right choice!! The view is superb, every morning when I woke up and looked out through the window I just couldn't believe how beautiful it was. We did go to the beach once but most of the time we spent the time in our own private pool. The villa is clean, very spacious, and well maintained. Sometimes we made simple cooking in the kitchen but most of the time we enjoyed some very nice Thai food near the villa (minutes of driving) The staff are very helpful, you can ask for their phone number and give them a call whenever you need help or advise. The customer service girl gave me great recommendations on where to eat, what to do on this island and helped me to rent a car to drive around at a very good price, you feel like that you have a 24hr online personal assistant!
Review 3：Located far from beach and any shops, no restaurant onsite. Taxies were extremely expensive and some did not want to go up the hill without paying an extra 100 baht for around 50 metres of hill

Review 5：If you're a stickler for a good location, stay away. The property is pretty isolated from the most basic places. You will need a taxi to get to a supermarket, as the nearest shop is far to walk to, and quite dangerous as you can only walk on a narrow shoulder lane of an active road.
Review 6：The property is spacious, has excellent facilities and is well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay there. Most of our time was spent by the pool, enjoying some quite breathtaking views.

Review 8：Nice villa, polite staff. We rented a car so this place is perfect for us as its not very close to the busy area that gave us privacy, and we could drive to all the local business and attractions within minutes. (There are a couple of very nice Thai restaurants and westerns as well, plz ask the management) we enjoyed this relaxing period of stay very much and would like to come back soon!
Review 9：The villa is very out of the way. They have taxi people to take you around but they definitely over charge. Once instance his meter said 200baht then he wanted us to pay 800 baht
