Reviews for Kimera Lounge

Review 1:Original room had very musty smelling bathroom. Staff obliged by changing our room.

Review 2:Location was excellent: close to beach, ruins of Olympos, Chimaera mountain. Resort facilities and breakfast were also very good. Staff were helpful and accommodating.

Review 3:I had issues 2 times with the room make up (forgot to renew cups & floor towels), rooms were not done till late afternoon. The pillows were not comfortable. I asked for alternative (softer pillows) but they were not available.

Review 4:Very friendly staff, beautifully decorated spacious rooms, nicely designed garden (was huge too). breakfast was okay but not great. Very close to the beach, pool was quite big and clean. Probably one of the best in Cirali as I did a lot of walking and biking, had the opportunity to see other resorts.

Review 5:There is a few things you will notice if you stay a bit longer, but even mentioning them would be nit-picking, compared to the totally awesome overall experience. OK, the restaurant food could certainly be improved. Spa is pricey, laundry is prohibitively expensive. "Все включено" нет, водки нет, балалаек нет. Выпить не с кем!

Review 6:It's an awesome, unbelievably beautiful and peaceful place. Every little detail is beautiful, well balanced and enjoyable. Здесь всё плохо, не едьте сюда!

Review 7:Bad cleaning service: - first day didn't clear the room, just bring towels after request (!) - 2nd day the same story - 3th day finally room was clean Breakfast: - after big group of guests leave the hotel, from restaurant disappeared juice and 1/3 of offered meal (it's unacceptable !!!)

Review 8:Excellent local, beautiful nature, well and fashioned equipped rooms, nice outdoor and pool, spa facilities. Good internet connection.

Review 9:amazing! so beautiful. all the little details are perfect. great breakfast and perfect for children. the beach is close. perfect vacation in a perfect place. we'll be back next year.

Review 10:Staff don't smile much and they have a bad attitude especially the old lady with the glasses in the reception . Breakfast is the same everyday Not suitable for children

Review 11:Spectacular resort for relaxation citruc trees are everywhere beside a nice pool chikens running around. i stayed in the 2 bedroom bungalow i wish I extended my stay there P.s If you planning to do a tour and go to phasilis and kemer you must rent a car there is no near transportation the place is isolated.

Review 12:Staff in the beach is not so much kind. Too much children, even in September.

Review 13:The hotel is really beautiful, gardens are perfectly conserved and it is pacefully and you can rest and relax a lot. Rooms are comfortable and bigger.

Review 14:- bicycle rental on site is pricey, 40 tl for one bike a day. Better rent in town. - dinner buffet is pricey too, 50 tl for one, we had dinner in town every night, paid the same for two. - the town with all the cafes and shops is 10 to 15 mins walk, during summer season it is quite hot so better rent a bike.

Review 15:+ Nice setting, orange tree garden, magnificent mountain views, chickens and a lovely playful white puddle on site. + Clean pool, always enough loungers, never felt crowded. + Amazing modern designer bungalows, comfy beds, loved the furniture (stayed at Lemon room). + Clean and warm sea 100 meters away, nice private sandy and pebbly beach (better buy special rubber swimming shoes in town, costs only 20 tl) + Always fresh diverse breakfast, local fruit and vegetables, homemade jams + From 5 to 6 pm pool bar gives out free turkish tea and cookies:) + Fast consistent Wi-Fi + Aircon + Stuff speaks English so-so, but always willing to understand and help + Table tennis on site Overall a wonderful place, met all our needs and standards. Now I can see why people tend to come back to Cirali over and over again - a truly recreational, tranquil, unspoiled spot.

Review 16:25 minute walk to village centre. Car parking area far too small and inconvenient although attendant available to park and retrieve cars. Stayed in Kamkat room - very small with little clothes storage. Worth paying extra for larger room.

Review 17:Pool area, gardens, buffet breakfast choice, good bathroom.

Review 18:friendly staff, great location and views, swimming pool area and territory, service.....everything!!!! ....especially for the first vacation with a child )))))))

Review 19:Just one thing - to add hot porridge for breakfast ;))))

Review 20:Everything was excellent!! Location - great from all points of view: no huge overcrowded hotels, wonderful beach and incredible view from bungalow and swimming pool, territory of the hotel is a paradise garden perfectly cared. Seems to be completely isolated from the city life. Many thanks to ALL the staff....so friendly, helpful and smiling!!!!! Good restaurant with splendid terrace....and Kimera salad!!!!!

Review 21:Really grumpy receptionist which was a real shame, but the waiting staff were all really friendly and helpful and great with our two young boys (5 and 7) A little more info about the local and surrounding area would have been good. Also a shame that the bar on the first floor wasn't open. In the evening there was nowhere to relax with a drink...so we stayed on our balcony..which was still very nice.

Review 22:Amazing setting and gorgeous accommodation and pool. The beach was close by and lovely. Free sun loungers and beach towels were a nice touch as were the iced face towels and water melon slices in the hot afternoons. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and very nice. We had a nice couple of evening meals there too. The food at the pool bar was really good - pizzas, salad, burgers, pasta. Cirali itself is beautiful and very laid back with fabulous beach restaurants (if you can find them -a good 15 minute walk from the hotel). If you want to see the surrounding sites though you're better hiring a car.

Review 23:The staff at the reception (excepted the parking man and some waiters at the restaurant) was insolent and not friendly at all. The need to understand what is the real service

Review 24:The Hotel is very cute and well located

Review 25:Only senior staff at the reception speaks English, the rest can barely speak a few words (is true that the majority of guests were Turkish during our stay, so maybe they don't need to speak it!). Close to our bungalow (#306) there is a sort of power generator that starts working very early in the morning for about 1-2 hours. Very noisy and unpleasant. This we really disliked. The coffee served for breakfast is beyond lousy. You need to order extra coffee from the bar, which you pay, but that is also not great. We knew coffee is a kind of 'religion' in Turkey. Busted! Food was pretty good, but the choices are limitted especially for breakfast. The mosque is very close, so be prepared for 5am muslim prayer call ... every day.

Review 26:Location is wonderful, the garden and pool are amazing. The beach looks pristine and was not crouded at all. We liked that Cirali village is preserved ... go check nearby Tekirova to see what uncontrolled development can do.

Review 27:Its around 2 and half hours from Antalya airport. You can easily get lost so you must use your GPS!

Review 28:the hotel is located in a very nice area which is surrounded by mountains and fruit trees. It was a very clean refreshing atmosphere. Its a nice place to get away from the crowded busy city, relax, and inhale a clean air. The room is very cosy with a lovely balcony.

Review 29:Front office staff were unhelpful and rude. There is no information about the area or nearby activities available from the hotel. Upon check out the staff barely spoke to me, remained on a phone call the entire time and did not even say thank you when I paid.

Review 30:Easy access to the beach but the points north and south are more interesting than the middle of the beach.

Review 31:Lunch and dinner options aren't good. Although you might want to eat at somewhere else, it will be good to have dinner at a reasonable price with better options.

Review 32:The foyer staff could have been a little more helpful. The supper was rather bland for the money.

Review 33:Look of the hotel.The bedrooms.Very comfortable bed.Lovely pool.

Review 34:The staff seemed like unhappy

Review 35:Clean rooms and bathroom with Dove brand mini shampoo was very nice. The garden and the balcoons were very restful. The kitchen was amazing, no need to go outside and look something different for dinner. Spa and hamam was enough for us.

Review 36:Very poor room cleaning standard. It is not a big deal at the moment as the hotel is new, but in some time it might turn into a big problem. This is not an overall turkish cleaning standard. Massages at spa definitely overpriced, the spa staff tho is very nice. If you are an early bird don't think to get hot breakfast (fried eggs, etc) or sometimes even fresh bread - breakfast's scheduled at 7.30, but in fact they start much later. If they fix those small details they hotel will offer just the perfect vacation.

Review 37:New, green and quiet hotel with clean territory and beautiful lounge design. Delicious food, 5 min to a nice beach with the sunbeds belonging to the hotel. Clean, well-maintained spa with sauna, steam and hammam, not busy at any time, with very nice balinese staff. Most of the customers are family with children, so I'd recommend this place to those, who don't like big crowded hotels with parties etc.

Review 38:- Internet connection could be better, it is somehow interrupted 4-5 times in a day. - Staff should be better to speak and understand in English.

Review 39:+ beautiful new hotel, most probably the best in Cirali + cabins are tastefully decorated and spacious + gardens are amazing and landscaped beautifully + playground for the kids + staff are very friendly and helpful especially the front desk and the restaurant (thanks to chefs Ömer&Elbey, waiter Serhat, receptionist Selim) + Taste of foods was great (breakfast&dinner). + located just off the beach + special thanks to the owner of the facility, Atilla bey. He gave us a ride till downtown Antalya, he was so kind, hospitable and funny.

Review 40:A very bad experience. Front office staff very rude. Wifi very, very bad, when asked why I could not send a mail, you are not in your country is normal.... Breakfast very bad, you have to pay for orange juice. Don t go to Kimera Lounge

Review 41:Romm is good

Review 42:I liked the staff. They were friendly specially two guys who are (Serhat) and the bellboy (Ayhaan). They were smiling all the way and they were funny.

Review 43:The breakfast was perfect, but they should have more options and serve different stuff of food.

Review 44:The idea of this lounge is just amazing; the perfect place away from business life, the private villas is a great option. The staff was excellent, easy to deal with. Room service was great. Special thanks for "Serhat" for his efforts in order to help me with some dinner stuff!!

Review 45:Open dinner buffet scarce in choice of hot food and the kitchen could not keep up with the demand.

Review 46:Great atmosphere, gardens were beautiful and well maintained. Poolside very relaxing with plenty of beds available.

Review 47:This place is very well kept. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, the garden was beautiful, the swimming pool was enjoyable. The hotel is very close to the sea, therefore you can take pleasure in both. The free buffet was delicious and diverse. I totally recommend this accommodation.

Review 48:Excellent service, friendly and helpful personnel, amazing food, a really wonderful location if you are not looking for crowds and discotheques, nice rooms and overall infrastructure and attention to details. It is a real jewel and probably is the best hotel in the village. No loud music all night from nearby bars. It is a decent and peaceful place. Though in order to enjoy the nearby attractions a car hire is advised, as it is more economically feasible.

Review 49:Food was no good at all. As a Quality wise and also most of the time we hardly find something to eat if you go there after 20:30 Time to time; food was served cold. Not many choices. Cleaners was not speaking English or Turkish. I don't know how can I communicate other than those 2 languages.(!) in the end we were in Turkey. Bathroom was the main problem. After having shower; a high amount of water was building up on the floor. Obviously, drain was blocked. A few times I called staff , they said it is ok now but problem was still there. I booked the hotel for half board but I don't think it is not good idea after tasting the evening foods. For that sort of hotel it was a big dissapoinment for me. I can see they spent a lot of money on the garden and the decorating the rooms but I expected the food was ok too. If you visit the the hotel, make sure you book only bed and breakfast. And be aware that;you need to pay extra if you want to drink fresh orange juice.

Review 50:The hotel desıgned well and has got excellent locatıon. So quite And relaxing area. Garden was beutifull and also rooms was spacious. I went to this area only because of the sea side; I visited years and years ago. One if the best in Antalya.

Review 51:since hotel does not offer all inclusive services, it has become headache to go to shopping under very very hot weather staff unexperienced and not professional (you have to tell them a few times to ask smt)

Review 52:quite zone, clean sea, clean pools of the facility, cool location, low person density

Review 53:The staff were surly and unfriendly at check-in and interrupted the process for almost five minutes to take what appeared to be a personal telephone call. The wifi did not work at all in our room and was difficult and complicated to use in the lounge. The room was not properly cleaned -- the floor was covered with dirt and the toilet had the remains of previous occupation on it. The breakfast was the worst of the eight hotels we stayed at during our stay in Turkey.

Review 54:The natural environment of the mountains, sea, fruit trees & flowers was gorgeous. The staff were friendly and hospitable. I enjoyed the breakfast each day and the pool was great! There were plenty of places to relax and read. My time there was refreshing and enjoyable.

Review 55:Didint like the behaviour of staff about renting bicycle. They tried to rent the bicycle two times than it worth, comparing to renting stores.

Review 56:I liked breakfast. Room was clean and good furnitured.

Review 57:The room service came on the 1st day only after a call to the reception and not at all on the 2nd day.

Review 58:The hotel is good value for money and in a lovely location.

Review 59:- staff don't speak English well

Review 60:+ beautiful new hotel, the best in Cirali + cabins are tastefully decorated and spacious + gardens are amazing and landscaped beautifully + playground for the kids + staff are friendly and helpful especially the front desk + located just off the beach

Review 61:Well.. Nothing really, to be honest, except an unstaffed spa dept when I went there to check possibilities.. And so-so quality of the coffee..

Review 62:The supernice rooms with great design; layout, materials, colours, balcony... Everything was perfect!

Review 63:It's really an incredible place and the setting with citrus trees with their blossoms and fragrance all around is almost unreal. The staff is excellent especially Emre who's always there for everything and provides excellent care and service with a smile. Also the lovely long beach very close and the quaint Cirali high street... the Olympus ruins with a small river running along complete the perfect idyllic setting...surreal.

Review 64:nothing

Review 65:It is perfect resorts. every thing was good. the stuff, location and services. very peacful and relaxing place you enjoy the smell of orange and lemone trees with a background of green mountains and in front of buatiful beaches. great children playground.

Review 66:Wifi in rooms was bad

Review 67:good location great staff A lot of chickens for little 2 year old to run after Very generous owners the fact that the hotel ground is filled with citrus trees, all bearing fruits. Wonderful mountain views nice clean pool Amazing Beach a street cross away

Review 68:- They cleaned the room properly ONE time in 2 weeks. - Almost nobody speaks English. - They say "yes" when they dont understand you fully which leads to mistakes. I.e I got food A when I ordered food B - We were at the end of the season so when we came to breakfast in the last week then the brunch breakfast was closed and we only got a limited amount of selection. - It is clear the staff has not been trained properly so they are very inconsistent in their service. I.e: -> Every breakfast in the last week they brought food we already said we did not like -> Always forgot to leave toilet paper so we had to look for it -> We were never served at the beach by the hotel staff but when younger couples came they started to serve

Review 69:- The staff is really friendly and interact with the kids - The location is lovely. Couple of min walk to the beach, around the corner a shop (very limited selection but has the essentials as water, beer and fruit) - The breakfast has a big selection (but also always the same!)

Review 70:The staff did not provide that much info on what there was to do locally so we missed out on a few things The cockerels in the garden do wake you up! But was all part of the experience!

Review 71:We absolutely loved Kimera Lounge. The hotel is beautiful and by far the nicest in Cirali. The garden was beautiful and the staff were wonderful and very friendly! The rooms were stylish and the beach a few moments walk away! Just amazing! A total break from the real world

Review 72:Coffee at the breakfast was very very bad It was not indicated that the fresh juice had to be paid extra. Luckily we managed to remove it from the bill; but it should be mentioned somehow at the buffet. Wifi did not work at all inside the rooms.

Review 73:Very calm. Very clean. Excellent to relax.

Review 74:What an oasis. Was a great find, room/bungalows small but extremely well thought out. Even down to the toiletries, very luxurious. Kimera Lounge is so quiet and relaxing, you just don't want to make a noise. It induces peaceful thoughts and tranquility. Loved the place and would highly recommend. The staff were all really polite and very helpful. I just cant praise this place enough, and I am a very fussy traveler.

Review 75:Room size was quite small, but we did book the cheapest category.

Review 76:Hotel was very clean, very nicely decorated, in beautiful surroundings with many orange trees. its also directly across a small street from a nice, uncrowded beach, with good quality chairs and umbrellas for the guests.

Review 77:no boudy can speak English well, a lot of miss understanding even the staff is perfect, polite and simple

Review 78:the staff was perfect and so kind, nice location, clean, very nice swimming pool, the class for customers is high, nice garden big rooms.

Review 79:considering it's newly opened during our visit, wi-fi was not covering all rooms, only restaurant. plus, they have to fix the jockey pump for the pool as the periodic sound may disturb the nearby rooms. especially while you are in the balcony

Review 80:best place to find peace of mind. Far from city, nearby incredible beach and well designed comfortable rooms. Had a great time with our friends. thanks to staff as well. Compared to other restaurants in Cirali, dinner was also great.

Review 81:The wi-fi was very poor, u can make very slow, but more stable connections only near reception, hope they'll fix this.

Review 82:The hotel has good, welcome staff, clean nice rooms and green boutique-like territory. Sea is 2-5 minutes from the room, u just need to cross a small road. Food was tasty and with national accent(the variety for dinner isn't very big, but the food is good). Location is some kind of a hidden in a valley between mountains, so i suggest u to rent a car for mobility, however if u don't want, the staff can also help u with transfers and etc. There are not too much tourists in the area. Sea is clean and warm. The shore is pebble-like.

Review 83:location, nature, history, food

Review 84:Nothing

Review 85:Charming sorroundings and beach, friendly staff, great location, very nice rooms (large and clean), very good facilities.

Review 86:There is not kitchen in appartments.

Review 87:food, facility, etc

Review 88:Food was a bit let down for us

Review 89:Wow

Review 90:WiFi could be better

Review 91:Everything. Grate pool, specious room, lovely bathroom, ...

Review 92:Staff was not very useful and did not speak well English nor Spanish

Review 93:Excellent facilities, quiet and calm. Good to relax

Review 94:The food was bad (bread was dry, Musli was green); the beach was dirty and without facilities; the staff was rude.

Review 95:The room was nice.

Review 96:Exellllllllllent . No worlds

Review 97:Its realy amaizing hotel . Go and see

Review 98:I can only say"waaaaaaaaw"

Review 99:Foood should definitely be improved, both the snacks and breakfast&dinners.

Review 100:Rooms very user friendly, large, clean. Staff very helpful.

Review 101:Not much to do around the hotel, location is nice but somewhat remote.

Review 102:Nice garden and perfect pool.

Review 103:Perfect breakfast

Review 104:Room cleaning was very bad! Understaffed and nit well trained

Review 105:The surroundings, the weather the beach. Very relaxing place

Review 106:Staff should be more expirienced and improve their Enghish.

Review 107:Quiet place, comfortable room, the garden makes all the money!

Review 108:NOTHING

Review 109:EVERYTHING WAS EXCELLENT . THE STAFF WERE NATURALLY HELPFUL AND CHARMING.

Review 110:Lady reception, housekeeping could be better.

Review 111:Environment and friendly staff except reception, comfortable,

Review 112:Overall design of resort and bungalows, nice and quiet location, pool, Hamam

Review 113:There are chickens all over the village, so this applies not only to this place. But it is rather difficult for big city inhabitant to sleep in the early morning under the cries of the chickens and roosters. But after a few days you forget about them at all!

Review 114:Really exellent place to stay in Cirali! Good location - very close to the beach and not far from the centre of the village. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Big orange garden on the back yard, table tennis and bycicles for free, a lot of nice garden furniture and the whole atmosphere of peace and relaxation - it was exactly what we were looking for!

Review 115:All staff needs to be more professional, genial, practical and refined!!They all seemed bored from the work or from all guests they have!!Better they quit and work in an other field!!Suggest to all travellers to choose Cirali but in an other type of accomodation!!

Review 116:So close to the sea!!

Review 117:Chocolate Lodge is extremely comfortable and peaceful, with a nice yard full of orange trees (and two hammocks!) and pleasant rooms. It's right across the road from the beach, where you can walk to Olympos. The food is very good, though a little pricy compared to the affordability of the accommodation. We really enjoyed our stay.

Review 118:It was hot, but no pool. Rooms very clean and modern with aircon. But to small.

Review 119:Location, with magnificent mountain and forrest views, and very close tosea. A visit in the evening to local cafes and shops is a must as theatmosphere is a touch of real Turkey, not to be missed.

Review 120:Liked the location
