Review 1：I live in town, I went in with my dad and his wife to check them in. My kids (3) were excited so they went in with us and a lady in the front said, all these people in one room. We did not take the questioNing very well because it came across as accusatory. It bothered me, I just said we are checking them in. They are the one who are staying. We as professionals have to make sure we act professional and any questions or concerns should addressed in the same manner.

Review 2：Everything was fine

Review 3：Staff were very helpful. We need extra comforter due to the storm those days and it was delivered to our room in a moment. Our car was covered by snow and we had tool from Quality Inn to clear the snow.

Review 4：Front desk staff extremely helpful the morning we were to checkout. We woke up to a flat tire & called AAA. The young lady at the front desk called around to places , to find where we could get a flat fixed on a Sunday morning. Since we don't have smart phones, this was extremely helpful. Although hotel, is not right on I-10, it was very easy to get to.

Review 6：The beds were super comfy. Room was very clean and they even had the room warmed up for us (it was very cold that day).

Review 7：Traveling alone, the location felt a bit unsafe arriving at night and coming back after going to dinner with friends. If I hadn't had my two little dogs with me, I really think I would have been frightened. THe stairs were dangerously slippery--outdoors--and it had rained. I couldn't find an elevator anywhere, and I could have hurt myself seriously falling on the concrete.

Review 8：The mattress was amazing! The literature said they were proud of their mattresses, and they weren't kidding! The staff was also very good and seemed to really care about the place, even though it was an old facility. VERY reasonable price.

Review 9：Very noisy, had to change rooms after unloading and driving all day. Our room malfunctioned and locked us out. Had to wait for someone to come break the lock. Room smelled like a smoking room, we booked nonsmoking.

Review 11：The sink/vanity was inside the bathroom (I prefer a sink outside the bathroom), but that's a minor complaint. Also, the bathroom was a bit small.

Review 12：I prefer motels with an outside entrance to the room, so this was perfect. The location was great (i.e. away from the interstate), and a coffee shop, convenience store, and mall were within walking distance. We'll definitely stay here again!

Review 16：Where do I begin. When I walked in to check in, the man behind the desk was complaining about having to move someone, very rude and unprofessional. There was a college directly next door having graduation. It was so loud we had to leave, guy was very rude to us and not considerate at all. Will NEVER stay there again. Worst experience at a hotel ever

Review 18：The hotel was easy to find and close to the airport. The breakfast was good and the options were also good, but we went out for breakfast a few times just to switch things up. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet even being next to a busy road (Montana Ave.) . The only minor complaint was the pillows they were too small but got a couple extras from housekeeping and it was much better

Review 35：WiFi is too weak; had to go to Starbucks across the street with own laptop or use the 2 PCs in the lobby (which were always open when I needed them). Weak signals may be due to building being spread outwards instead of upwards, so stretching the ability of the current bandwidth.

Review 36：LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION and the value - unbelievable!! Will be staying here again (and will be telling friends). Close to airport (without airport interference) and smack in the middle of getting to events both east, west and south of town. Easy access off/on major highways without being next to one. Also quiet. Near large shopping mall (we forgot a few things). Staff (lobby and cleaners) were always friendly. Breakfast buffet was tasty (worth it). Rooms and grounds were clean (too cold for pool to be open so no comment). Only had frig/micro in room, but both were clean and worked. Beds & pillows were EXTREMELY comfortable (very surprising for this price range). Room temp was easy to maintain (quickly and never too hot/cold). Again the ONLY thumbs down was about the very weak WiFi. Once that is fixed, can't see why this hotel would not stay booked!!!

Review 37：I hated the smell of the room, even though I asked for a non-smoking room it still smell like cigarretts. The carpet was super dirty I couldn't walk without my shoes because my feet would turn black. The upstairs guest were really noisy and could hear them walking until 4 am. I could not sleep!
