Review 5：The grade that I used to evaluate the hotel (10/10) do not includes the problem that had arisen at the check-out when was impossible for the front office to print an invoice due to a technical issue. It is hard to understand how a hotel of 4 stars with an ISO or at least Quality Management System was not tested for a back-up if the server goes down or any other technical event. In respect to this issue I consider that any qualification should be re-evaluated and has to reflect the reality.

Review 6：Somoking at breakfast. Is incredible how a 4 stars Hotel alow smoking at breakefast. Is that even legal?

Review 21：The first bad experience was a room service and then the breakfast in the second morning on one of the recent visits there was not as usual. It was not nicely prepared, no seasoning, no freshly done, no fresh ingredients either.( The meat was defiantly not fresh (I made sure its not just my opinion, by asking someone else who ordered the same thing) almost about to expire (the specific taste and smell) and the vegetables as well but also there was no seasoning at all which is such a surprise for a place like this. This was their top "attraction" = the service = the experience. It was totally a bad surprise and that happed again the next stay (we stayed more times this month). We order same things all the time at least partially so its easy to compare especially when you've been there for so many times. It is very important to know you can rely on a certain quality of service and this was another disappointment that it was not a certain thing anymore. The rooms & bathrooms were still clean but the soap its irritating to the skin (they should test their stuff first). This I do not know if its new or not because usually we have our dove soap with us and only this 2 second stayed we forgot it at home and both times we experienced the same thing (irritated skin) after using the soap. I really hope this will not be the end of such a beautiful concept. We are not the type of people that like rustic, traditional interiors but this place made us feel great despite all that and it was all done because of the good food, good service and I really hope it will stay as it was and not change into something ordinary with random service / experience.

I promised my self to make this review as a warning to the management so this hotel will not go down like many others I've seen. There is the only hotel in Suceava like this but recently they started to change for the worse which I would really like to prevent. The best features of this hotel for me were the international vibe of the service, the food and the comfort of the rooms but what made this place unique was the experience which most definitely was created by the service (friendly stuff and comfortable rooms) and the food but now both are not the same anymore.

Great variety, excellent dark bread and croissants, fruit juice. Another thing we liked: there was a box of facial tissue (a rarity in Romanian hotels). Nice touch! The hotel is located on a busy highway, and we appreciated getting a room at the back of the hotel, permitting a good night's sleep.

Review 33：The description for this property says “The Bus Station is 500 metres away, while the Main Train Station is 9 km from the property.” That is simply not true. “The Bus Station” if you are coming by bus is in the middle of town 4 or 5 kilometers away and this property is on the outskirts of town on the highway where the buses do not even stop. Even to get to a bus stop for local buses which is more than 500 meters away you must walk along the side of the highway where there is no pedestrian pathway. Therefore this hotel is only for people with a car or who are willing to catch taxis.

Review 34：This is the best breakfast I have had in a 5 week trip. The room was spacious and quiet. No elevator so be ready for the stairs.

Review 40：We arrived after a long day of bus rides. The hotel staff was so nice, organized monastery tour for us on the moment of notice. The room was comfortable, and the restaurant is top class.

Review 41：I found the bed extremely hard but my wife like it. So, I guess that depends upon preferences. There was a big dog barking in the night about 400M away - near the monastery. That is beyond the hotel's control.

Review 42：The location was easy for in and out. The valley view was beautiful. Hotel was clean and well designed. I especially liked the frosted glass bathroom door with modern and solid handle and hinges. The breakfast was fantastic - as close to Scandinavian in various offerings as I have seen outside of Scandinavia. Staff was always polite and helpful. They spoke English. Pillows were very comfortable and room and bathroom was clean. We would stay again.

Review 52：1. Location outside the town of Suceava meant that a car was essential. Relying on taxis limited the choice of restaurants and one was compelled to use the hotel's Mosaic restaurant. 2. Although the food was good, the hotel restaurant prices were definitely on the high side. Not much difference to Bucharest. 3. Rooms were new and functional but lacking in character. The feel in the rooms was more that of an airport hotel.

Review 55：We enjoyed an excellent two day stay at this hotel. We were warmly greeted upon arrival and given information about Suceava and the surrounding area. Our room was bright, spacious, quiet and decorated in soothing colours. The room and bathrooms, which had a great shower and deep bath tub, were spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in a charming room with a wide choice of hot and cold dishes. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city, is easy to find and has ample parking. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
