Review 1：good location,the staff who can speak fluent English is warm. You can visit many historical scenes by feet from the hotel. The chinese restaurant is really cool!delicious!

Review 6：We had to insist a few too many times for the lady at the reception to call us a taxi; we've requested this in the evening before the departure, we checked in the morning and we still had to ask two more times after we were already waiting for the car in the lobby, as no one had in fact done anything about it.

Review 10：I stayed here for one night . Found it to be clean and comfortble, everything I expected in a budget hotel and even more. Staff is very flexible to client needs. Got checked in very quickly, reception personnel were very polite, sorted me a taxi for early morning and when I had to leave b4 I could have breakfast I got organised one to take-out. Good location within a walking distance to all Irkutsk attractions. Value for money. I would consider staying there again.

Review 24：The sour reception staff, who only speak Russian - for the most part - not a problem, you're in Russia, but there's absolutely no help offered whatsoever. I actually had to pay 80 roubles to leave my bags in the "security room" - a lot of paperwork involved in that and they don't have change. I also suspect that they cut off my WiFi access once I'd checked out and I'd have had to pay again - no way. Very few taxis passing by when I left in the evening and no offer to help finding one or carry my bags. Despite the good location, I would not recommend this hotel for the above reasons - and have already informed my travel agent.

Review 25：The London pub and most of its staff. The breakfast is wide-ranging, as is the choice of food for meals - and the wine is cheaper than elsewhere.

Review 26：At night, at least on a weekend the town square turns into a race track for the locals. I did not get any sleep. Most staff were good however some were not interested at all and it seemed as if you were hassling them when you needed help

Review 30：Standard of English spoken by the reception staff was weak (not every tourist speaks fluent Russian) which was surprising. I'm sure it could improve in time, but they need to improve it quickly to meet the international visitors (the bulk of their guests) who come off the Transsiberian railway. Also, the very sulky staff (a stroppy teenage girl) who covers the internet centre. She was dreadful. Very unhelpful.

Review 32：Russians still have a lot to learn about smoking, and the benefits of not doing it, especially in areas where they are trying to attract tourists. At the London Pub, we had to walk through a smokey bar, to get to the non smoking area, Yuck!!!
