Review 1：Booked on line and for the third time I did not receive my requests. My request every time I've stayed has been a smoking room with microwave n refrigerator. There seems to be a problem everytime.
Review 2：The staff is Wonderful. I appreciate there quick and courteous help.
Review 3：The internet was maddening! I kept hanging and hanging. It would then work moderately OK for a while and then hang some more. This was simply to access e-mail - nothing bandwidth intensive. A small fridge would have been nice. Most motels - even budget ones - have them now and they are much more convenient than the tiny, tiny ice bucket.
Review 4：Although a bit further from the airport than most other motels in the area, it was still fairly close to the airport. The staff was quite professional and the room clean. One nice surprise was that the carpet was fairly clean and didn't leave my feet dirty like so many budget motels. Kudos for that.
Review 5：the staff at the front desk, seemed to be understaffed. Barely had to to recieve any guests. The vending machines, for drinks were completely empty. The vending machines were so close to the concrete and metal staircase, that as i tried to find any kind of drink form the machine, while bending to check, and then standing up, i banged my head on the staircase. My family owns multiple restaurants, bars and nightclubs, i am surprised they are not in multiple lawsuits. My girlfriend tripped over a 2"difference in the concrete walkway on the 2nd. floor, directly in front of the staircase leading down, she almost went flying down the staircase.could've at least painted it in a cautionary yellow or orange to warn people.. literally one of the worst hotels i've stayed in , in my 50 years of existence. Will never stay at a Value Inn again. And to be honest i know that all of this is primarily the fault of the hotel. But i alsi put blame on your company for representing business with Value Inn, with all thier failures. It tells me that Booking.com doesn't check the locations and values of companies they will represent to make the all mighty dollar. You both failed. Would love to hear back from your company, to hear your explaination of allowances.

Review 7：overcrowded parking lot, saw rat in parking lot, uncomfortable noisy bed. Way overpriced, previously stayed at Hampton Inn up the street for a few dollars less and was superior quality and huge continental breakfast. Won't stay at value inn again - not a value

Review 9：To start I booked a room there because of the fridge and microwave... but nothing appart from an old TV. I was happy to see that I had a bath and not a shower, exhausted I wanted to take a bath but impossible to get the bath plug so I gave up. I took a shower but the shower was clogged so I ended in a bath full of hair probably from the person before, and it didn't empty even during the night. I was happy to leave this place early to get my flight. Shower thing would have been ok but when you sell a room with some features it's very bad not to give this actual room.

Review 12：The overall appearance of the facility was worn and I was not sure I wanted to stay. I was pleasantly surprised at the comfort of the room. I would stay again.

Review 14：First night checked in and we're given a room that smelled of mold and cigarettes. Was told the room had a mini fridge and a microwave. Come to find out there were missing. Asked to move to the other room and they said not until the next day. The rooms looked run down with stains on the bed and mattress. Sketchy area also. Lock your cars. Weird homeless people living next door.
Review 15：Non smoking room that smelt of cigarette smoke. Bed on a steel frame which protruded from the bed, very dangerous. When I reported an injury from this at reception staff member not helpful. Limited options for restaurants unless you have a car and can drive there. No spare pillows

Review 17：Old blankets, worn out carpet, stains in tub, could hear everything above (squeaky floors) and outside. Priced too high for what I got.I won't stay there again. Windows were in bad shape, single pane, with gaps between the frame. I didn't see anything with info on how to connect to wifi. I called front desk to ask and no one answered.

Review 19：No bad experiences. Cool staff, etc. I ordered a smoking room, but was first placed in a nice non-smoking room. I (by choice) requested a smoking room again and got one, but the smoking room wasn't nearly as nice as the non smoking room and had no refrigerator. I could have gotten a smoking room with refrigerator, but I wasn't willing to relocate to another room again. As a single deal seeker, (only in the smoking unit) I was totally able to deal with the small number of occasional non-threatening ants in the bathroom, they went away and didn't mess with me, and the tears in the carpet. Again, if you aren't addicted to smoking, you won't have this issue according to my one-time experience. It was almost as if their position was, "ok you initially requested a smoking room, we put you in a very nice non-smoking room, if you insist on a smoking room, your addiction is choosing a much less sophisticated room"; as a smoker, I'm happy with my decision and they still deserve a good rating. Also, they were pretty booked during my stay; they probably had as sophisticated smoking rooms, I just got the last resort one as per my insistent request.

Review 25：The table and chairs were on the bed when I walked in. Part of the carpet by bathroom was wet. The night staff when I checked in said I couldn't pay by cash. This was a little inconvenient, as my understanding when I booked was that I reserve by credit card, but could pay for the room in cash when I arrived. And what they call a continental breakfast is a joke. Bananas, pastry, and juice- that's it??

Review 27：Very dirty. The bed covers had a lot of hairs. Creepy area. We heard noise like someone hitting our door all the night. We felt unsafe. Don't stay here.
Review 28：I have a list of things that I didn't like. 1)on our first night somebody rudely awakened us by banging on our door at 2am. 2)the bed was broken! We always ended up in the middle as if the bed had no support whatsoever. 3)the stench. I specifically booked a non smoking room BC my boyfriend and I are extremely bothered by the smell of raunchy cigarettes. By the end of our visit, we along with out clothes reeked.

Review 36：Quite a few things I did not like: 1. The worst part is these guys sell their parking to any external person, who wanted to access airport. I did not get proper parking few times, even i was staying there. 2. When I checked in they had bad refrigerator and then they changed it next day and did not check if the new one is working and unfortunately that also did not work and i was like 2 days without refrigerator. 3. Their AC does not work only on fan, so once the set temperature is reached the AC stops working even the fan and this disturbs the sleep as it keeps doing start/stop whole night.

Review 38：The beds were broken, you could feel the springs. The bathroom door wouldn't close. The shower nozzle came to my chest, had to do the limbo to wash my hair, I'm 5'11". The room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in 2 weeks. Just run down and bad.

The boxsprings were covered in stains, the nightstands base was warped from water damage and the sheets/shams/pillowcases had visible stains from past visitors. The beds were old and could use replacing. The water would go from hot to cold in the shower and the staff never gave us the wifi password, which is stated to be free in other reviews.

Review 47：There was no clock, no coffee maker in the units, no hair dryer, and limited parking. A continental breakfast of sorts was available in the lobby, but this consisted of coffee, a few fruits (apples, bananas) prepackaged sweet rolls. There was no seating area for eating this.

Review 51：The office is behind a bullet proof pane of glass... instantly tells you that you don't belong here. The wifi does not work, I had to tether my phone to use the internet, causing overages. The parking lot is super tiny, and it is next to a busy street so it is noisy. Overall kind of sketchy place.

Review 53：Our car was vandalized by someone with a key or similar instrument, leaving a very long scratch along the driver's side of the car. This is not the motel's fault, but it does colour our impression of our stay.
Review 54：The mattress could be a lot firmer and better quality pillows or four instead of two flat pillows. Some of us need more support. Thankfully I didn't have to share them. Parking on site is very tough but next door just north of the facility you can find some extra parking if needed.
Review 55：For the price this isn't a terrible place to stay. Mini fridge, clean and orderly. Nice lil microwave to heat or reheat leftovers. Comfy table with two chairs to relax at and eat or have coffee. The room was clean and orderly.
Review 56：Bad neighborhood. Asked fit a third pillow for my five year old they would not give us one. The room smelled of smoke even though it was non smoking. My daughter got hives while in the room and we found a meth pipe. We reported the pipe to the office and were not offered a different room or partial return. We were approached by a man in the parking lot asking if we could make change for a hundred. The man above our room asked my fiance "what's up fool? " bad neighborhood, poor customer service. I understand they can't control who occupies the rooms sometimes but at least make sure they clean them nit just change the being and put out fresh towels and soap.
Review 57：I had huge issues with this hotel.The bed broke. I'm assuming its because of the haphazard stand it's on. No one came (I called, they said they would send someone) until I and my two small children physically went to the office. The room was dirty, the rug tack strip by the bathroom door is protruding and stuck my foot, the lamp by the bed was broken. I emailed the manager and never received a response.
Review 58：We reserved a nonsmoking room and they said none were available. They also said the free airport pickup was about $5. At midnight we had no choice but to take the room. They didn't charge us the pickup fee, because we had to take a smoking room. Why, when I booked two months+ in advance wasn't a nonsmoking room available. We had reconfirmed that we would be there on the day before. The add should not reed FREE AIRPORT PICKUP, if they charge a fee.

Curtains did NOT block out light and had holes and tears. No directory in room, but 3 phone books and a pizza ad. I was concerned by the number of painted patches on walls and hair in tub drain, too.
