Review 1：The lady at the lobby bar was negligent to customers and did not seem to like her job. The fitness room should be maintained in better condition.

Review 8：Hotel is ideally located in front of the Belogradchik Rocks. Panoramic terrasse will allow stunning sunset & sunrise ! They have 2 jacuzzis on the Terrasse. Staff at reception was probably the most friendly of our 2 weeks whereabouts in Bulgaria. They recommended new Cave opening Venetsa (opened June 1st) which is 20' away. Room was comfy.

Review 9：We didn't have the chance to check the spa-part of the hotel because it is closed quite early - before 8pm. The breakfast is being served rather than a buffet-style and the service is rather slow

Review 30：Room was certainly not 4star standard. Aircon did not function propery. The shower did not drain well and the quality of breakfast would barely make a 1star rating.

Review 36：Coffee and tea at breakfast were miserable. There's one instant machine for all warm drinks. Coffee tastes horrible, but there was no real alternative, therefore there were no teabags but only instant tea from the machine, which was sweet and tasted like warm ice tea. Ugly. I cannot understand, why such a good hotel has got such a bad standard there. It should not be a problem to serve fresh made coffee and hot water for tea bags.

Review 37：Hotel is very central, clean, big spacious room, friendly staff, own parking, good bathroom, apart from one thing breakfast was good, too. Belogradchik itself has not much to offer but the very impressive rocks (great!), nature and the castle. The city itself seems to be at least on a Wednesday quite boring. Two restaurants incl. hotel were completely empty, two other restaurants were closed, so we had to turn to fast food, which was well done. Outside the hotel it becomes difficult if you do not speak a little Bulgarian (also at the castle if you want more than only buying a ticket). Some nice places to drink a beer or wine outdoors.

Review 38：The staff, at times felt a little remote, but that was because levels of English were low. But if you spoke Bulgarian the barriers came down. The swimming pool was small and unheated which was downside

Review 39：It's a great place, the food is good especially the breakfast. The view from our window was stunning. Also many walking trails start nearby so good base for hiking. Also a good base to visit other places. When we said to a waitress in the restaurant that we would be coming back she said next time come back as friends which I thought was nice.

Review 40：It's written that The hotel is SPA, but it's not! One sauna and a little inside pool for 5 people do not make a SPA centre!!! Just the price is for SPA!
