Review 1：Not directly to the beach. You need to catch the transport which is available from the street.

Review 2：Nice small place to stay away from noise.nice pool and relaxing garden.

Review 3：The power failed one day and there was no backup. There was no water either during the power failure. Third floor Wi-Fi would not work mostly and the staff could not be bothered with rectifying it even after calling several times. No elevator and climbing two flights of fairly steep stairs is inconvenient. The water faucet was leaking. The staff was indifferent overall and even tried to sell us an overpriced island tour which we finally got at half the price in Krabi town.

Review 8：This hotel is away from the crowds of Aoang & Railay. You can visit Railay easily from the pier 100 metres away & Aoang by local bus or taxi. We used a scooter hired from hotel. The hotel is quiet with lovely garden & pool. The restaurant is good but slightly more expensive but then the general area of Krabi is more expensive. If you can get out & about on the scooter you can find quieter beaches. The rooms in the hotel are kept very clean & staff are generally helpful.

Review 9：It was a bit far away from everything to be honest! There's a couple of convenience stores nearby but if you want nightlife you're in for at least a 20 minute taxi ride. The hotel can arrange taxis for you though (not many go by the hotel as it's quite far away)

Review 11：transportation poor beach not really beach cause u can't swim in there,, water not clear... not worth the money,... don't bother booking trips at hotel.. cause they ripp you even more,, so go to city and book the trips,,,choose a better hotel.. book hotels rather in the city because the money which you invest traveling to the hotel,,, you can also stay in the city..

Review 32：The staff is really helpful all time available to give advices and to help. Hotel is in front of sea just a road to cross but no beach to swim (it is a pier for longtail boats) for beach you have to take a 20baths navette to ao nang 5km. Wifi is working very well in rooms and swimming pool is great!! with spa and salted water and so hot !! Our room was large with ac and tv and fridge. There are road side thai restaurants around (5min) walk where you can eat for 50baths! You will find also a family mart and a 7 eleven around very convenient to buy water or anything you need. I highly recommand this hotel great value for price.

Review 33：The area was like a ghost town there was nothing around and it was in a Muslim area. The people in the area including the hotel restaurant were not very welcoming, they looked at us as if we were aliens. I would not stay here again, very dated.

Review 36：Very comfortable big and clean rooms. Very good value for money. The location/ the sea in front if the hotel is not perfect/ useless for swimming. But the pier can be reached within a few minutes walk and a short and cheap long boat trip brings you to Railay (into the paradise) or where ever you want to go. I loved it!

The localisation could also be a drawback cause you must take the bus to get to Ao Nang to have more restaurants and shops.

Review 40：Wonderfull hotel taking into consideration price to quality. Rooms are very clean, big and very comfortable with air conditioning, cleaned every day. Nice swimming pool, food delicious. It was definetely value for money. It's nex t to the pier from which longtailboats go to the Railay beacj and its cheaper than from Ao Nang. Definetely reccommend!

After we complained they told us that its becuae we just booked 1 night before, so that´s the only room which is left. I don´t care to get a smaller room but then we should not pay the price for the bigger one. After a long discussion we got a small discount, well! That was not a good start!
