Review 1：The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the complimentary shuttle to Pentagon City (closest train station, mall, pubs, restaurants etc...) every 30 mins was excellent !

Review 2：We stayed here for 2_ nights. I was a little Leary about it but it was easy to get too. The room was very clean. They seem to be making some great improvements. Staff very nice and restaurant was good.

Review 9：The only thing I didn't like was they did not try to accomodate my mother with an in room refrigerator only because we were in a double room instead of a king or queen room. Even it that is the standard. If for medical reasons a person need an in room refrigerator I would think you would do as other hotels/motels do and accomodate the guest.

Review 10：Everything else was very good/ I really liked free wi-fi. The waite staff at breakfast was excellent. They were courteous, friendly and helpful. I liked having free parking. I felt safe. The hotel staff was very friendly, but there were no bellmen.

Review 11：The shuttle from the Pentagon City Metro Station was late several times, and sometimes we would have to go to pick-up people from the Reagan National Airport.

Review 29：Pool hours were 12pm-9pm. It would be better 8am-8pm with two lifeguard shifts so guests can take a morning swim if desired. Included Breakfast could have more variety. A better cereal and muffin selection would ease children's hungry tummys.

Review 30：The free shuttle to the metro was so quick to Pentagon City you could be in DC within 15 minutes from leaving the hotel. The hotel restaurant's food was delicious! Overall, the best attribute of this hotel is the excellent customer service. Kudos to Amanda at Reception and the Romanian waiter/bartender in the hotel's Monument restaurant.

Review 31：The shuttle has a schedule but it's not respected at all times (although all drivers are very friendly). The rugs need a little maintenance (they smell like dirt and look dirty) and they could change the bed cover to a more comfy one.

Review 82：It is a rather tired looking building, inside and out. The elevator was a little jumpy, the drain in the 5th floor room tub did not drain well and the tub hadn't been cleaned very well.

Review 83：This hotel is in close proximity to where my son lives, major roads and sights. It is a "no frills" accommodation and the price was right. Beds were comfortable, and the breakfast provided was very good. The staff was helpful in printing out directions to Arlington Cemetery and later when I left my medication in the bathroom, mailing it to my home in the midwest.

She is indeed a treasure and asset to the management and staff of the hotel. Please promote her and increase her pay for her selfless sacrificial service. The rest other staff were good too. The driver manding the shuttle bus was good and dynamic, patient and carefully drove very well. Encourage him too.

Not all flights start after 6 AM. the area is a little scary but we left our car anyway and crossed our fingers that it would be ther when we got back. The car was fine when we returned a week later and the night time clerk checked on it a couple of times each evening for us.
