Review 1：Air-con broke down and couldn't be fixed. It turned out to be a weekend during which the temperature in Irkutsk was over 30°C. They only gave us a fan so it was very difficult. The reason why we booked this hotel was for the swimming pool mentioned on its Booking page but this turned out to be only the pool in the sauna. The first room we were given was on the ground floor, very damp and smelly. We asked to change rooms and the second one was fine.
Review 2：The staff is very helpful and friendly once you get over the initial somewhat cool contact and manage to communicate in English. The sauna. The kids loved it.
Review 3：Have booked one double bed - ended up with two single. They put is together, but falling in the middle all the night was not a good experience. Coming back in the evening, I found that the air-conditioner in the room did not work and during the day was 30 C - it was night in the sauna.
