Review 1：Everything the in this palace is the grosses placed I have ever stayed at mold every where. Water was coming from the ceiling the clasped in the Hallway and the tile sheeting laid on the floor for a day. The breakfast was offer the service area was gross. Tables has crape all them.

Review 3：The front desk receptionist was extremely rude to us, he made us feel stupid. He judged our choice of website purchased. I can't really remember his name, but I honestly think he shouldn't be working there, he clearly hates his job.

Review 4：i requested on my reservation to have a coffee pot in my room and I still had to ask for it after I checked in. And it says on the reservation form that coffee pots are in the room. The bedside light on the side of the bed i wanted to sleep on was not working, I even exchanged light bulbs and that didn't fix it.

Review 6：The pool and hot tub were unavailable and we requested to use them, two-day week day stay. One member of my family had a cock roach in his bed in the morning which I did not report because there had been rain the day before we checked in. I made an online reservation in advance and it didn't seem to be available to the staff but it was honored; I brought my printout.

Review 8：In the morning the shower from the room above was dripping through the ceiling. 8 hours after checking out of this hotel I discovered 8 bed bug bites all over my body. We drove in our car all day after checking out, therefore, the bites had to come from this hotel.

Review 14：Horrible experience. The room next to ours was having a party. The music was playing extremely loud, there were people outside my door partying. Was going to call to complain but the phone cord was broken. We felt very unsafe. Oh, the TV didn't work either and the pool was closed.

Review 18：The staff was very unhelpful. The breakfast that was included was probably the worst hotel breakfast ever. The only thing there was to eat was corn syrup and bananas that were simultaneously under and over ripened. The woman at the front desk wouldn't even refill the water cooler when I asked at breakfast. A man there said he had been living at that hotel for over 3 years, so that was creepy. It was overpriced.

Review 19：The location wasn't bad, was conveniently right outside of downtown. There was an outdoor pool which would have been nice if it wasn't too cold.

Review 20：Our room was back behind the hotel thru some hidden door....which was not very well maintained. The room had lino on the floor that was very cold, the ceiling in the bathroom was filthy, the room was kind of clean...the bed was fairly comfortable. The heater/ac unit only half worked??? Then to top it off the room next door was party central the whole night....started as a kid's play room, then fighting to loud music!!

Review 24：It is a fairly big hotel with interconnecting blocks which were fairly difficult to navigate due to a lack of signs.

Review 26：Every electrical outlet in our room 120 needed to be replaced. The outlet coards would fall out of the wall. The Shaver GFCI outlet in the wash room also needs replacement. The refrigerator, floor Lamp, and Microwave all sharing the same outlet. (choose which one you don't want to use) Main overhead light was dim.
