Review 4：Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Nice pool (if a little bit cold) and Jacuzzi, with a gym also! Great selection of food on the restaurant menu, but bad service does let most Romanian restaurants down. 1 or 2 very attentive wait-staff, but the others not too bothered. Location was not really an issue for us as we had group transport, but it looked to be about 10 minutes drive from the town centre.

Review 5：Service is excellent, and you do not find facilities like good pool and sauna in other places of the area. Big rooms, good breackfast and friendly services completes the setup. And...did i mention the price?

Review 6：First of all, we booked for a double and a single room, but we got two twin-bed rooms very uncomfortable to sleep on. The hotel and its gardens are too noisy - many children playing and screaming and lots of tourists with no manners. Thin walls/doors so you cannot get a quiet place to rest day or night. Wi-Fi signal is poor around the sports area.

Review 27：There wasn't anything to complain about -the staff offered to help with bags, though we didn't require this, to compensate for the lack of elevator, and the other gripes I have read on this site should be taken with a pinch of salt. We really had a lovely stay and I wish we could return every weekend!

Review 28：The staff were very friendly at reception and in the restaurant. The food was great, the pool fantastic, all in all we had a great time. The pool was brilliant to use as a reward for children who were fed up with looking at monasteries and being in a car all day! Great location.
