Review 1：Breakfast starts late (08:00) and service is very slow. Was in a hurry and had to leave at 08:20, after waiting 20 + minutes and only got a coffee and a glass of water during this time. Aside from this great stay!

Review 6：The reception , professionalism, comfort, luxury, facilities, concierge service, high standards hotel targeted for high class people, everything was top of the top, up to the expectations of people who has a certain high end lifestyle and wanna keep on it when they are in a hotel . Would like to mention specially a manager I guess , Mr. Hussein. An amazing guy giving an excellent image of the hotel and your life couldn't be easier with his presence and constant availability and superior treatment. I thought as if the guy was the owner of the hotel as he was extremely overwhelming! Lol

Review 7：Be carefull to choose this 5 star hotel ! There is a high volume beach club all day and night. You cannot rest and even sleep. Breakfast is just a joke : 1 piece of white cheese and 2 olives. There is no info at "booking.com" in that way

Review 14：It is a very comfortable hotel. Well equipped and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly . It's a fantastic location for the marina, also easy to take trips to the neighbouring towns. I would definately recommend palmalife

Review 15：One of two things I would comment negatively is the stray dog that was always hanging out on the beach, and whenever we opened the door that opens to the beach, he would hear the noise and come very close seeking attention. I know it's not really under hotel's control but it had a bad impact on the whole experience. We are not scared of dogs, although my fiance was bitten by a stray dog last summer, we were perhaps overly cautious.

Review 16：We loved pretty much everything about this hotel: location, beach and staff. I should emphasize that we stayed in the beginning of November when noone but us was staying. The first couple of days were warm enough to swim so we had the whole beach for ourselves. The beach bar/restaurant was closed but that's understandable. It made it a unique experience to be completely alone on this private beach. The prices were fraction of the summer prices and it was a very good value for this hotel. The shops were all open in the marina area. Marina area is nice to walk around and to dine at, although half the restaurants were closed. We always went to town center to to have dinner which was merely a 10 minute walk. It is a nice walk and you get more traditional food there. Staff was extremely friendly, and made it a better experience for us. Breakfast was good, not excellent though.

Review 18：Excellent service, I mentioned that it was my son's birthday and they arranged fruit in the room for our arrival then brought balloons and a marvelous cake for him which was lovely. Suite was amazing, patio door straight onto a private balcony then steps to the beach! Definitely recommend anyone to visit, beautiful place!
