Review 1：Place was very outdated, the rooms did not seem very clean, the bathroom was very dirty and moldy. I was traveling with a kitten &I noticed she went under the beds in our double queen room. Upon looking underneath, I saw that the bottom of the mattress foundations had previously been ripped open so my kitten was crawling up and into the foundation. SO GROSS!!!!!!!! And then the room had a weird smell and I definitely did not trust my own feet on the carpet so I basically kept my shoes on. I also highly doubt they vacuum under the beds seeing as I started sneezing &how they are visibly ripped apart. Luckily I was only staying 1 night.

Review 2：I only came here because of the cheap $15 pet fee, and the okay price. Room was worth the $15 pet fee, but not worth the price for the room itself...

Review 3：No grab bar in bathtub/shower with slick floor. Very loud noises from other rooms, especially shower. No working fan in bathroom, main room lighting very poor.

Review 5：The mattress is so soft. When I wake up, I find my shoulder hurts very much. If the mattress is a little harder. It will be more comfortable.

Review 8：Location, Facilities, Availability, Conditions, Environment, Transportation. We stayed in the hotel for a night between flights. The hotel has airport shuttle, really big clean rooms, good set TV channels and all the facilities you may need (self-service laundry, snacks, restaurant, free wifi internet). If you are in need they can provide you with toothpaste and brush, detergent, etc. Also they are really pet-friendly and has a place to walk out your doggy.

The gym had exactly two treadmills and one elliptical - nothing else. The staff was certainly courteous and professional but I wasn't feeling any warmth. La Quinta or the newer Hampton are more attractive properties to me at this time.

Review 33：We stayed one night last Friday and weren't very happy with our stay. First, staff denied the fact that breakfast was included. After showing what the booking detail says, she included the breakfast. Second, nowhere in our booking details we are told there would be parking fee. After we came home, we found out there's a $11 parking fee. Also, we took their shuttle bus to airport to drop off my mother at the airport. Well, the driver forgot to drop us off. He took us all the way back to the hotel. Thank goodness my mother did not miss her flight. So, if you happen to stay there, watch out for these things.

Review 36：It was great having a nice bed to lay our head on after an Alaskan Cruise. We extended our trip a few days after and were on our way home, so the location was easy for us to get the shuttle to the airport as well.
