Review 1：It took three days for them to sort the hot water system so we could have a hot shower in the mornings. The first day, there was no breakfast buffet as only a few staying, but they did address this problem.. The house keeping department needs to improve- several times we had to ask for clean cups and glasses, more towels etc. On the last two days-7th and 8th october, the hotel was being packed up for closure and we should have been told about this when we made the booking and a suitable discount offered.

Review 2：The location and views are wonderful and within 30mins walk from plenty of restaurants and shops in the town. Also excellent bus service. The staff were very helpful, despite lack of english spoken by most, and it was very peaceful, being out of the main season.

Review 16：The service here is extremely poor, partly because of the language barrier but also seem to lack a service mentality. F&B manager speaks English but forgets to bring things and then gets upset if you mention it. The 'gym' is a very small dark room with a few machines.

Review 18：- The staff do no speak english well, but this happens everywhere in Turkey. - The bathroom is too small. - The sink was over flowed in the bathroom and couldn't be fixed at night with a little bit of sewage smell in the room.

Review 20：Firstly we would like to point out that this hotel is used by mainly Turkish people, there were no fellow English to chat with if you like that sort of thing at night time. We don't and so not really a problem for us but thought you might like to know!!We did have some issues however, which for the hotel's daily bed and breakfast rate of £300, were surprising.We stayed in the only superior room in the hotel, which is a corner room of the L shaped hotel, on the first floor. All bedrooms are on the first floor.1) Room was not clean. Can you image coming out of the shower and walking across the tiled slate floor to see dust and other peoples hair stuck all over your feet? This meant we had to wear shoes as soon as you come out of the shower. The floor was swept after complaining, but not moped and always felt dusty.2) Access into our room (the best in the hotel) was an assault course of linen trolleys, mop buckets and hoovers, which is ironic because they were hardly ever used in our room! This is a shame as it made us feel like we were staying in the linen cupboard.3) The finish details in the shower area were really poor for a boutique hotel. In fact so bad I would say a child wearing boxing gloves could have done a better job! Silicon and grout was everywhere and ruined the effect.4) We had no hot water for showering one morning.5) When we arrived at the hotel, we were asked to wait outside (despite arriving 2 hours after the earliest check in) with a complimentary drink until our room was quality checked. Sadly no drink arrived and 15mins later we were taken to our room, where the phone didn't work and the complimentary water was missed. They said they would sort this, but the phone never got repaired and the water took a couple of hours to arrive.6) The safe in the room wasn't bolted down, rendering it a bit pointless really.

Review 21：The architecture was well thought through, as you would expect for the Hotel's name. The quality if fixtures were good and the overall feel of place was nice and classy.

The Staff are amazing; highlyprofessional, friendly and helpful team. The General Manager "i̇lter Türkmenoğlu " care personally to check on their guests andensure their comfort. They offer help in all what you might need andalways be available. The General Manager, the Assistant Manager Mr.&Quot;Taner Dayanıklı "and all the team are performing withoutstanding efficiency and service quality.They are very generous and wereally enjoyed our stay more than any other hotel we visited world wide.If you want to live a peaceful vacation in a dream land, then you shouldconsider this paradise. We will certainly visit again and stronglyrecommend it to all our friends and family members. One more thing,There is a shuttle bus that is so cheap and can ensure ease of transportfrom the hotel to the downtown or vice versa. Review 23：Stuff was knocking or trying to enter the room even the “no disturb”light was on.I Called the receptionist and warned them but the next dayit happened again.They must take attention to privacy more.And foodwhich they prepare was good in general.(Only thing is they were toosalty).I Observed a couple of times that stuff were discussing loudnext to us.

Review 26：I did not like the constant music at the pool area, however my husband did. Not all the staff speak english. They do make an effort to get someone who does.

Review 27：the hotel was very well designed, very clean. The staff was very friendly. The hotel has a small sandy beach , which is good for small children. It is away from Yalikavak centre and is therefore quite and relaxing. The rooms are very modern with a sitting area and a small but very nice and spotless bathroom.
