The bedroom had a weird smell and on top of that, it was difficult to use the bathroom as it did not have a Muslim hand shower. Overall, the building looked so old and dimly lit. The elevator was difficult to use as it was so small compared to the size of the hotel. We came with high expectations by seeing the pictures have provided but we were greatly disappointed.

Review 17：I stayed with my bf, we bought our own toothbrush from singspore. on the first and second days theres only two tooth brush in the bathroom. On the third day after the room service, there's suddenly another extra blue white toothbrush appeared. Seems to be used before. And we required for smoking room for 3rooms but to no avail. And on the first day of checking in, the bills are messed up. Would advice all the emails and enquiries are handled properly.

Review 26：I was asked to pay 500baht more for giving me the room instantly or I was asked to wait till 2pm. After whole night travel I had to pay that 500baht for 4 rooms each. My question is that if they had rooms available why I was asked to wait till 2pm when I arrived at 10am at the hotel. After paying 2000baht for 4 rooms I was instantly given the rooms.

We have taken a tour to go float tour but when we go there we learnt we just paid for transfer it is not included the tour of float bazaar. The tours in bangkok is arranged just spend you money. You should learn everything before take a tour from hotel.

Review 36：What didnt I like? Let me put it this way. The question should berephrased as what do I hate about my stay at the hotel, because too manythings went wrong during my stay at Baiyoke Boutique!1) My friend and I have had strange, supernatural experiences here. I know saying this may get my review refused, but since we are all giving subjective experiences here, bear with me. I think it pointless to go into details, but please. Knock on the door before you enter the room in this hotel.2) So after the strange experience that we experienced on the first night (including finding ants on our bedsheets), we put in a request to change rooms, which the staff acceded without asking too many questions (used to customers changing rooms?) We were given a new room, and this is when the nightmare continues. First, the safety deposit box was locked, so we had to call housekeeping, which we had to wait for 20mins before someone came running. (She may have been fixing other rooms before ours) Over the course of our stay, we required assistance with our deposit box for about 3 to 4 times, (1 time due to stupidity on my part) and each time took about 15mins before assistance arrived.Right from the first night, there was a problem with our hot water heater, and we had to call a technician to fix the pipes. It worked - enough for 1 and a half hot bath, before the pipes failed on us again and we got stuck with cold water for the rest of our stay. In the end we had to shower in our friend's room because we just cannot wait 15minutes for some one to come each time we want to shower.3) On our last night, we switched on the air conditioner and it started rattling and giving out incredibly loud and alarming noises. It sounded like it was about to explode and we switched it off immediately because I didn't want to be injured by any possible explosion. In the end, we had to sleep in our friend's room because it was suffocating without a functioning air conditioner.

Idisliked service and the staff the least because I empathise with thefact that they didn't have a choice but to be stuck working in ahotel that is practically falling apart at the seams. So, to the stuffof Baiyoke Boutique, I empathise with you and I thank you for the goodservice you rendered me when I called upon your assistance more than thefair share of any tourist because of the abysmal condition of the hotel.

Review 44：Reception Service staff was unprofessional. Staff attitude was bad. A lot of inconvenience in swooping room, not so pleasant stay this trip. I booked 2 rooms for 4 adults : one room for Queen size bed and one for 2 singles. We were told that room was not available until 2pm. We left our luggages at the concierge and went shopping at the weekend market. When we went back to the hotel in the evening we were told there was no Queen size bed and both rooms were all single beds. The staff that we checked in at the reception in the morning had mentioned the room number to me and now the rooms are not available. They are left with single beds. Naturally I was unhappy. We had no choice to accept the rooms since it was late and we spent some time the next say to request again to swop rooms. We had to pack and unpack again. lot of inconvenience and staff keep changing their words. They did not keep to what they had told us. Toilet has a strong stench. No wifi was provided to me in the room as I booked my reservation through the Booking.com. Unlike my previous stays I went through the hotel website, I was given then 1 hr a day wifi access.

Review 56：Baiyoke Boutique is tucked away in a quiet lane just behind Baiyoke Sky ...there is a shopping mall connecting Baiyoke boutique directly into the concourse of Baiyoke sky. The location is amazing... less than an minute walk to pathumwan morning and night markets... 5 minutes to Platinum Fashion mall... 10minutes to central chidlom and Big C... Also getting a taxi back to the hotel is a breeze...since everyone knows Baiyoke Sky..so no haggling and no language issues !! Apart from location, the BB coffee shop is pleasant too... The other good thing is that they give you 50% discount vouchers to the buffet at 86th floor Baiyoke sky !! We went there and it was breathtaking to see Bangkok city's aerial view !!! I totally recommend this hotel ..the hotel is in a safe lane...we used to get back post 1am every night !!! Hotel is clean, rooms are fresh... Amazing hot showers... and the staff are very helpful..specially the bell boys and one of the receptionists... MAM... She was super sweet, helpful and always smiling !! I am going back there for my next stay !!
Review 57：Only one card for the room. The aircond takes too long to cool the room. Steps at every lift, have to drag the luggage. No aircond at the lobby area and hallway. No hosewater in the toilet. The path to go to baiyoke sky and night market from the hotel is smelly!

So disgusting! :( And another thing, the street or alley leading to the hotel, connecting the hotel to Baiyoke Sky and the market was dark, wet and foul-smelling! We really had to cover our nose or hold our breaths every time we pass that alley.

So it is a great place for bargain shoppers! :) When I called the hotel staff that the shower head in the Bathroom was broken, two (2) Maintenance staff were summoned immediately to my room and they fixed it right away. My room was spacious. My request for single queen size bed was granted.

Bugs - yeah, you will meet them in your room. Don't leave used cups or food on the table or say goodbye to them 4. Smell - is awful nearby the hotel and in your room (if you don't keep the bath door closed, cause of the ventilation) 5. Bed - is good if you are going to become a Spartan. The mattress is firm like soil and the pillow is so tiny like you have none 6. Energy - you will have just one socket, and it will be out of condition, so use those for TV and cable set 7. Safety - is a good question, cause your window is easy to open from both sides

Review 71：I really enjoyed my stay on the hotel, however I really felt cheated by the tour agency stationed in the hotel. The name of the agency is Siam Honesty Travel Service. I paid 2000 baht to have a tour to the floating market and some other temples. I keep on asking them if there will be entrance fees when we reach the site, they keep on saying no,there is no other charges we just need to donate. We ended up paying 3000 baht for the floating market. This is really ridiculous, they should get rid of this agency or it will tarnish their reputation as hotel.

Review 91：The air con was awful, it was cooler outside then it was in the room, during the day time! We stayed there for 5days. I've asked to moved room to a different room, as the air con was lieking, when I phoned up the guy at the front desk was very understand when I told him what happened. In the background I've happened to over heard a women moaning saying that I have phone up a few times when I've only phone up twice and told them I couldn't put up with the room being so warm anymore. We keep waking up sweating. When we moved another room the room was even worst than the last we stayed in, with a very old air con, at this point we only had 2days left so we didn't bother complaining again. The shower curtain was covered in moulds, the sink was yellow and broken, the spring of the bed was broken, which makes it really uncomfortable to sleep. Would not recommend this place. We only picked this place because of the location but there are plenty of others

Review 139：Location is near to the famous pratunam market and platinum fashion mall. Hawker stalls are found within walking distance.
Review 140：Many taxis do not want to use meter here since that place is touristy. Slow room service
Review 141：Only the location for shopping but it confuses the taxi driver which Baiyoke as there are many Baiyoke there. Walking distance from Ratchapraprop Station (Airport Line)
Review 142：The elevator is located between the floors. If you have luggage you will need to carry it by stairs to get to the elevator on the ground floor and to your room from the elevator. There was no view from our window. It was sealed up with white tape. Pure noise insulation of the window and door. You can hear everything on the floor and from street. Not comfortable bathroom. Too small. And I would prefer shower instead of bathtub. They take a 1,000 baht deposit on your check-in or make a copy of your credit card. I really didn't like it. During check-out you need to wait until they check your room before they return your deposit.
Review 143：Location is perfect. Very close to the Airport Express line and shopping centers. Free shuttle bus to Siam Paragon shopping center.
Review 144：There was very limited toileteries in the room: no tooth brush, no tooth paste, not enough shampoo. The light in the toilet went out of order since my second night. The biggest pain in the neck was that the hotel did not offer free wifi, they charged a hefty fee for it.

Review 146：-have to walk trough the walk way frm baiyoke sky tower to baiyoke btq which has a stain smell. -only one shutter bus available on sunday 11am to chatucak which is not so considerable as hotel has so many guest and it only provide 20 seats to chatucak and no prebooking available. -toilet should be upgrade as it doest match with the decoration of the bed n the wallpaper.
Review 147：-location is very strategic, night market, money changer, food stall ,711,are only 2-3 minit outside the hotel by walking distance - you pay what you get for the room which is for me is acceptable,clean n nice. -24 hr front counter and staff are friendly and helpful
