Review 1：- the matress from the bed ... i think there wasn't any ... so solid it looked like a wooden plank - poor noise isolation... the fact that nobody did nothing about the noise from a larger group that lasted untill 3am

Review 3：I wouldn't know where to start. Everything was bad . Gym was a joke , nothing was working or safe for that matter no water or towels provided for the gym not for the pool , u had to specifically ask for it and return it after . The pool water was salty and smelled really bad . The sauna we had to wait 1:30 minute to be ready . The breakfast was ok no fresh juices, only " fresh out of the carton " juices . No way to set up ur room temperature . Was set to 21 degrees Celsius and that was it only option was extra blanket . No guiding on arrival , we weren't told anything about the hotel or surrounding , we were just given the keys and that's it , we had to constantly ask about everything . Pleasent desk staff but very uninterested in making our stay remarkable . Restaurant smelled like toilets or toilet cover up deodorant . Food was good tho . Nothing to do around except going to the city or one main attraction point which they said nothing about . We had to google stuff to do in the area .

Review 4：Location is quite and relaxing, has a nice little road towards the woods and hills u can climb close by that give u a nice back to basics feeling .

Review 5：- dirty floor (my young child had his hands and feet black when crawling on the carpet floor) - no air conditioning (just a couple of rooms have air conditioning) - bad smell in the entire room comming from the bathroom. - even if the breakfast had a lot of things to choose from, the quality if the food was poor - long waiting at the restaurant in the evening

Review 16：I didn't like the pool. However, the main focus of our stay was in no way the SPA, so this is a minor setback if you will.

Review 17：The hotel is great, clean and cosy. I enjoyed the food very much, and was surprised by the big servings in the restaurant. The location is great, secluded a little but this is a positive thing.

Review 20：The restaurant is not up to the standards of the hotel. The staff fromthe restaurant is great, but the food is horrible. I had better foodjust about everywhere else in Romania. So just go to get the breakfastand go someplace else for the other meals.

Review 21：The complex has everything you can possibly want for a family with youngchildren: large apartments, outside playground, inside playground roomfull of toys and the inside pool. My daughter loved them all and shedidn't want to leave the hotel. The hotel is situated close toBrasov but in a quiet area of the Sacele village. Nice surroundings andeasy access to Valea Prahovei or Brasov or other destinations. Allpersonnel was friendly and very helpful to us (they checked us in a bitearlier, provided some help as my daughter had a cold). The breakfast isplentiful.

Review 22：Everything it was ok. Very clean rooms and very nice staff For me was a pleasure to stay in this hotel and it was not for the first time and for sure will not be for the last time. They have a very good restaurant as well and with good prices. And they have a nice garden and playground for children.

Review 23：First of all the reason I chose this hotel was the indoor swimming pool.Upon arrival we were told that it had broken one day ago, which was alie, the whole spa was under construction. The sauna was the size of acloset. The room was barely bigger than the bed. The matress washorrible, I could not sleep for 1 hour. Breakfast was awful, the foodwas badly prepared and scarce. They made me pay for one extra glass ofnatural juice.
