Review 1：No halal food. Limited food choices as a result. Lack of English by most staff was frustrating.

Review 4：Nice, Clean & Comfortable stay. We had booked two rooms with 2 adults & 1 Child each. One Room was a normal double bed. However, to our surprise the other room was with 2 double beds, making our family stay really comfortable.

Review 5：Very nice hotel with good location. 15 minutes walk from Bangla road. Staff was very helpful and polite. We stayed during Chrstmas time 2015 in Junior suite and it was the best hotel experience. Great idea to have a bathtub on the balcony. Hotel was located away from the busy main streets so it was nice and quiet place to spend Christmas. Hotel is not the cheapest one but it is one of the best. Nice pool with Jacuzzi area.

Review 14：Wifi was spotty. It kept logging us in and out and multiple times we had to go to reception and get a new password because outs expired. We had better wifi at the cheaper places than here.

Review 22：A good General Manager to train the staff is required. The staff are young and inexperienced. If there is a General Manager he should make an effort to welcome guests to an only half full hotel. Festive buffet dinners were prepared in the evening for guests. Every morning at breakfast the staff came by to try and entice one to the buffet. The restaurant should be changed to a coffee shop with 4 European dishes and 4 thai dishes maximum. That way I think people would actually use the restaurant. The night we left the buffet which included prawn cocktail was laid out by 4.45 pm - the food was not refridgerated and the foyer/table area was around 25c! Nobody attended the buffet that night and when we left the hotel at 8.45 pm the prawn cocktails were still sitting out in the heat - over 4 hours. Another example of lack of maturity, on arrival we asked for a drink at the bar at 11.05 pm. The bar closes at 11.00 pm and the staff would not go outside the regulations of the hotel or suggest they call room service for us and have a drink to delivered to the foyer. Instead we walked across the road to the German restaurant and had a drink at half the price and were warmly greeted. The hotel has potential but the dining and training of the staff need to be seriously considered.

Close to patong center, 15 min walking,5 min. by motorbike. the rooms are very big and the bathroom is clean. hotel amenities in the room are high quality. the area of the hotel is safe and not very noisy, still very close to bangla road. i highly recommend this hotel for guests who want a clean and safe place to stay. the staff is friendly and helpful.

Review 46：Its a new hotel with some beginner problems. Sometime they forgot to clean up my room. Annoying when you get home after a day at the beach... What disturbed me the most though was that the external areas - halls, waiting area, toilet etc. were not cleaned properly. Lots of dirt and leafs, and also small animals running around….

Review 51：This relatively new hotel is perfect for anyone. Modern construction with great rooms and pool and lobby has a lounge to hang out on pillows. Right on the main road of Patong - you have everything you need there! Food, shopping etc.. 5 minute walk to the beach. Very friendly staff, hi-tech rooms (seriously, at least electricity-wise..). Recommendation - ask for a room on tge 3rd floor, which is the pool and gim floor. Breakfast is a huge buffet with almost everything. Oh, and if you wanna book tours and more - go outside the hotel to the left, to "JS&J TOUR", a very nice and honest women named Sorn will take care of everything you need and find you the best deals and best companies for them. In any case, the best hotel in all our trip.

We found an extremely pleasant old lady, who is a tour operator (called Cristal Tours) across the street in the Condotel Building. She was honest, helpful and not pushy, albeit a bit absent-minded :). She saved us a lot of money. — Not always easy to understand English of the staff. — No usable shelves in the wardrobes (only hangers). Too thin toilet paper. And no toilet brush.

I didn't try the breakfast, but the food I had in the room was not in particular tastefull, especially their signature hamburger was a bad experience due to the beef, which couldn't have been Australian import as promised.

Review 65：I liked the place cause its brand new, rooms are comfortable and newly furnished, modern and with simple yet pleasant design. Location is pefect as it is inside a small street so its quiet but u are only 3 min away from the main road, 10 min to the beach and 15 min to the mall. Breakfast was nice and diverse, we had fresh fruits, smoothies, eggs, etc. We had our room cleaned every day and fresh towels as well. Airconditioning was working quite nice. Staff was always smiling and very helpful. As per our request, we were allowed to check out 2 hours later without additional cost.

Review 66：Very clean hotel with lots of facilities, breakfast buffet really good, very friendly staff. The rooms are very big, the beds are really comfortable. As you go out of the hotel, on the left side you can find two very good restaurants(Bavaria-if you want to have european food and another one with thai specific). There is this fancy pool at 3rd floor if you are not in the mood to get suntanned by the beach. The quality and the price are the best.

Review 79：We stayed at this hotel on two separate nights on our stay in Phuket. We were in 2 other hotels in Phuket & this was by far our favourite. The staff were extremely attentitive to all of our needs. Unfortunately our wifi wasn't working properly on our first night but by the next morning it was up & running again & for our inconvenience the hotel arranged for our transfer to our next hotel free of charge. The breakfast was amazing as were the facilities available. I would highly recommend this hotel & would stay here again if we ever return to Phuket.

We were not permitted to have our friends visit us in our room without registering and paying an additional room fee. This policy was communicated to us very rudely in a public forum. Our friends were not staying at the hotel and we just wanted to share a bottle of wine on our balcony

Review 105：1. Front Office Manager - Mark We had an issue with the extra bed that was to be included for our 4 yr old daughter. His approach to resolving the issue was rude and aggressive. We even had to go to Booking.com at reception and show him his own T&Cs. My husband actually had to ask him to please step back behind the desk and find his customer service skills... 2. Walls so thin you could hear the guests snoring next door. 3. Upon check out there was a complimentary drinking water bottle missing from our room. We had left it with the pool bar staff day prior, but they made a big issue and we stood around waiting for them to locate before they would let us leave the hotel. 4. They ask you for 600 Baht deposit per night upon check in ( not mentioned anywhere when booking). When staying five nights that is a bit much, if you put on credit card you don't get it back for approx 2 weeks after departure. They say it is for incidentals, however they dont provide a mini bar facility and there is no bar or restaurant you would want to sit around in. Bit steep... 6. This is an international hotel chain, we expected far more and received far less.
