Review 5：The hotel was beautiful! Clean, tidy, modern, and only has a short walk to bars shops restaurants! And course you only have to walk about 30steps and your on the lovely golden beach of patong. I don't have a bad word to say! Very impressed with the hotel!

Review 10：Upon checking in and paying $270/night for our room on New Year's Eve, we were told the Gala dinner was not included in the price. Even after booking.com told the hotel it is included, the manager still would not allow us to attend without paying another $100/person. This is absolutely ridiculous! I've never stayed at a hotel where the pool is closed for an event and the price is not included for the gala dinner. The manager would not let us go to our hotel room to shower upon arriving until the issue with the gala dinner was sorted out. Even after we asked, we were told to wait. After deciding to attend the gala dinner, we ordered drinks. I noticed the waiter writing down drinks...they were NOT included in the $100 price. The Thai traditional dancers never came...stuck in traffic. That may have been the 1 enjoyable part of the show. The band didn't know any songs I requested. The food was not good. Water wasn't even included! The next day when we took the towels to the pool, we were greeted by housekeeping ready to charge us for missing towels. The night b4 checkout I was told they couldn't confirm a 3:15am taxi to the airport after requesting it hours before 10pm when i asked the night b4. I was told "try to get a taxi from the street". I can't believe that was even said. After making a huge deal and finding a shuttle option, I was told the taxi was confirmed. Finally, at checkout, after our room was checked, we noticed a charge for Pringles on our bill. I had bought some from 7 Eleven the guy saw and assumed I took from the minibar. Couldn't believe they tried to charge extra even at the last moment! Do not stay here! Customer service sucks and they will try to charge you for anything...even if you shouldn't be. Our New Year's Eve was a huge disappointment and nowhere near the money we paid.

Review 12：first of all, when we booked we requested a connecting room, receptionist said there is no available and we ask for a nice view they give us a room looking on empty field and another receptionist said that there is no connecting room in the entire hotel (they don't know the type of rooms in their hotel). the staff in reception don't have the sense of hospitality. we asked for wifi code, the receptionist told us to come collected from reception than we ask her to send it to the room she said OK but she never send it. to go from the reception to your room you have to cross the road and very dangerous for the kids.

Review 20：Nearby mosque starts microfone-praying at 5 p.m.. Roomdoors are made from thin wood and are non selfclosing. This makes an endless slappingsound all over the place and a charm of a staircase. Pool has 15 regulations, cash is not allowed, sen. Barkeeper could improve his manner. Bar is overpriced compare to other places. No internet without own device. Beach is small and close to the street. Not a secure area. Empty, windowless houses in front. Looks much better on the pictures than reality.

Review 21：The receptionist are not friendly and not helpful. I've asked if could arrange for taxi but she did not arrange, instead I have to ask again during checking out. The girl who helped with my check out is kind enough to arrange.

Review 22：The location was fantastic, about 1-minute across Patong beach and 5-10min walk to centre area. The hotel's swimming pool is really great. Our room is also very nice with such beautiful sunrise and sunset view. Breakfast was alright, could be better with more choice of Halal food. You can find a lot of Halal food around the Patong beach. The hotel does not have spa but there are plenty outside neae Patong center. I went to Amaya Spa and the spa was excellent.

Review 23：-rude stuff, specially the reception. -hot water isn't always available. It'll either end up taking cold water shower or get burned suddenly for few seconds. Don't worry the hot water will disappear again quickly. -internet connection, well, good luck with it. -I booked a room with pool access. Just FYI, there's no pool. Just a 1m wide water cross that circulate the hotel, they call it a pool. And it's always dirty for the whole 4 days I spent. It's logic as it only separate the hotel from the street, not a pool. No need to pay for it. -sewage problem, water was covering the bathroom from the shower stand room, and water was entering the bedroom!! They only came, after a fight, and removed the water but didn't fix the problem!!! We had to remove the cover ourselves as a temp solution.

Review 26：The location is quite far from bangla road and the shopping mall but once you had rented a bike, you will realize that this hotel location will be the best because you wouldn't want to go back to a noisy environment after a long day!

Review 27：Love how the room is so spacious and it's bigger then what we expected!! Love the cleanliness and also the facilities. Love the pool and also since our room got a private pool, the patio is really necessary and really big. The staff was really really nice, especially ICE. Thank you so much for understanding the fact that we got some problem on making payments for all the nights on the first day and being able to negotiate with us. The beach is so so near, just exit the hotel and you can see it and they have nice food carts along the beach and once you rented a bike you realize that there are so much more to offer nearby the hotel! Explore guys, phuket town is just a big circle hehehehe

Review 28：Bad customer Service. If at all you request for an early check-in, even if the rooms are free, they wont let you check in and make you wait till its 2:00 pm and they want to ensure they get full money first and an addition 5000 Baht as security and after all this they will ask you to wait till 2: pm before they allow you ti move into the room. No matter how much you convince them of long hours night flight, they are really not bothered about after they have got the money. Customer service at reception in restaurant is really poor. We would never stay in such a place. They just are after getting the money and nothing else.

Review 29：We liked the food and the fact that it is near the beach

Review 30：The room felt "cheap", poor choice of finishes left the walls looking scuffed and dirty. Sloppy tile work in the bathroom took away from the beauty of it.we had to ask housekeeping to clean the tub, as it looked dirty and had some sticky residue (?) spots. Housekeeping said it was clean, not to worry, and the residue was due to tape when installating (hotel is 2 years old- that didn't make sense) I had to ask the front desk to send someone again. Then when in use it took over 30 minutes to fill! Poor choice in pressure/faucet for a soaking tub.

Review 44：Upon check in we dealt with a very unpleasant female employee at reception, poor customer service skills and failed to smile once. We were taken to a room that was in a very dark and dingy part of the hotel. The room was not what we had booked, and was in bad condition (mould on walls). We decided to go back to reception and ask for our money back. We were informed that we were given that room because the room we had actually booked was not ready, however if we had not complained we would have never been taken to our actual room. Very poor service in this regard. The second room we were taken to was in better condition and on the other side of the hotel, however if you are looking for a good quality 4 star hotel, this hotel falls far short. We stayed at another 4 star hotel in Phuket prior to the Charm and it was at a much higher standard for the same price so do not waste your money here. Some staff struggled to speak basic English, and one in particular could not understand when we asked where our suitcases/luggage were as they were not taken to our room. Overall very disappointing.

Review 50：Loved the infinity rooftop bar pool, just beautiful. We stayed in a private balcony spa room which was Devine and was for our honeymoon. Quite luxurious and pleasant and a short stroll to the beach. 200bht ride into town/bangla road etc. Breakfast was amazing.

Review 51：Definately go with the deluxe pool view, the price diffecence is not alot and you pretty much have a balcony with instant private pool area, its fantastic. Location good, very close to the beach, I would suggest going to Yayas Massage around the corner was the best I had throughout vietnam, cambodia and Thailand.

My friend and i are working in a hotel as well so i may suggest the staffs in the reception should be more friendly and should smile at all times to make guests more welcome :)

They are skimping on maintenance and up keep and taking it from tourists. We were offered nothing for our troubles there. And it takes a lot for us to complain. We both got very sick there. The bar areas were filthy and they didn't clean things properly . Do not go to this hotel

Review 130：I had booked for Junior Suite with Pool access at Charm Resort and also had requested for early check-in. But, when I reached at the hotel, I was informed that my booked category of room was not available and I was given other option other room on 6th Floor against Pool access room on Ground Floor. I had booked the room 2 months earlier my check-in dates, inspite of which I was declined for the room. Review 139：We had the charm suite. A nice big room with two floors. Unfortunately the jacuzzi did not work. Also not after the staff did 'repair' it. Staff is really not friendly. Room service is expensive.
