Review 1：The house was under construction thus it was quite a mess in the lobby In the bedroom of 12m there's were 4 beds and one sofa - basically a storage room for the reconstruction efforts

Review 2：Kitchen and bathroom with full of stuff like, cloth drier, hairdrier salt, pepper, shampoo etc. Staff was helpful

Review 4：Host Nelly is very helpful and asked us to follow her car to the fishmarket as it is nearly closing time as she did not want us to miss the place. Even provide us with a big pot and a glass of salt to boil our lobster and also a baking tray which she lined up with aluminium foil and a slab of butter for an option to grill the lobster in the oven. Place is within walking distance to town

Review 5：There is only one bedroom for four adults. Luckily beds are comfy and we all had ear plugs and eye masks on. The owner did mention they are thinking about converting this apartment to two bedrooms.

Review 6：Last month four of us travelled around, my husband, my parents and me. Ideally we would love to have an apartment with two bedrooms but Kristiansand was so popular in summer, we are lucky to find anything at all in the city centre. Villa Baneheia was located about 10 mins walking from city centre. We parked our car and walked around everywhere in the city. There are a few grocery shops within walking distance too, It's a house turned into three apartments, the owner stayed on the 3rd floor. The first and 2nd floors are two apartments for renting, we stayed at this apartment for four adults which locates on the 2nd floor. It's a very spacious apartment with everything you need. Villa Baneheia runs by the owner/family who stays on the 3d floor, so there's always someone to turn to if we need anything. Due to our late flight we arrived at the property at around 230am, and the owner waited for us till then. The place is super clean, there is a cleaning lady works there, and she cleans all the time! the whole house is spotless!

Review 7：Nothing really, apart from some smell in the bathroom which according to the owner was due to planned maintenance worked being conducted by the kommune to replace the water pipes in the city.

Review 8：The place was good. Staff was helpful and informative on nearby locations, maps etc. Ktichen facilities were good. Overall a good place to stay.

Review 9：We had to pay 840NOK, but couldn't pay the exact amount. We gave 850NOK and she kept the 10NOK. That way our 'bedding was free'. There isn't anything that says something about it in the advert. A bit weird. The host is friendly, but not that good in English.

Review 10：The appartement was very clean and well equiped. You could easily stay here for a longer time. Everything is brand new and modern. There is also a safe parking spot for the car. A note: paying by credit card is not possible. But she told us that when the reception is finished it will be possible. But for now she only accepts cash.

Review 11：Not enough space for storing your groceries if you spend more than a day. No wardrobes in bedroom to hang your clothes but there is ample space near front door.

Review 12：Very friendly host. Location. Everything you ever needed in a Self-catering apartment. Value for money. Towels, duvet, sheets and pillowcases included in price. Small garden with seating area with the apartment we had.

Review 24：The building didn't look like a hotel. It didn't even have asign, so I turned around several times trying to identify it. It lookedlike a large house under renovation. There were piles of lumber andother building supplies laying about so you had to watch where you werewalking. When I knocked on the front door no one answered, but thenoises from above sounded like a drill or power tool, so I thought theymight not have heard me. I opened the door to a crowded hallway litteredwith shoes and construction debris. I called up the stairs and finallywalked up to see a plumber working in one of the apartments. He told mehe was the only one there, but I should wait two minutes and someonewould be back. I waited ten and a very nice young woman arrived and toldme she wasn't expecting me and was unable to reach her boss byphone. She told me if I would wait five minutes she would ready anapartment for me on the other side of the building. It took another tenminutes and after the plumber left I was able to pull into the minusculeparking lot. The woman in charge told me that would be my parking place.We arranged that the next day I would check out around nine and leavefor the airport. In the night after having dinner with friends Ireturned to find my place taken by other cars. I was able to stop ayoung man who didn't speak much English and make him aware that Ineeded to park. Finally after much maneuvering I was in for the night.The next day after the woman in charge asked me for one hundred kronefor the sheets which I was unaware I needed to pay, I was told that thereason my confirmed reservation was unnoticed by them, was that I hadfailed to call them. This was not in any of the information I remember.I was also not given a receipt for either of the cash payments I made,even after I asked.

Review 25：The room was very large, actually an apartment. It had a fully appointedkitchen, a beautiful bathroom, which included a full size washer anddryer. The bedroom itself was small and almost completely filled by theking size bed. The sitting area was filled with a large sectional and anice flat screened tv. The finishes and furniture were all high end andwere sleek with lots of sparkle and shine.

Review 26：Not enough local norwegian channels; Very small parking spot; Children's bed was a couch...our children are older (9&11) and it was barely enough room. Definitely doesn't sleep 4 regular sized people; shower is not adjustable by height; street noise but you are in sent rum, so...
