Review 1：On the picture the room was was completely new and nice (or maybe renovated). When we got to the room - it was just very old room with nothing similar as it was on the photos. Like 20 year old doors, bathroom etc

Review 3：Had a bad start with pre booked transfer from airport not turning up, though staff very apologetic after i found my own way there. Swimming pool area is great in the afternoon and evening, however in the morning (9am open) i went there with an aim to relax in the early morning sun, though the heavy vibrations of loud techno music from bar prompted me to escape back up to balcony in room for peace and quiet. The higher floor you stay in, the worse the wifi reception is. Being on the 13th floor meant it catches the wind, so on a couple of nights, horrible bangs of doors every few seconds.

Review 7：Noisy. Neighbours were rowdy. Doors slamming after midnight for 3 nights. Not just once but a few times because they were visiting each other and we were stuck in the middle. Made known to reception. Nothing done. Room was dinghy. Lighting questionable. TV reception was horrendous. Fridge leaked and not cold. Safe deposit is so screwed. They even wanted to wrongly charge for snacks at the pool that we did not consume. We didn't even go to the pool. We were firm and they stood down. Be aware that other uncouth fellow tourist may scam you and charge their consumption to your room. Patong Heritage needs to improve to be on par for the rates they are charging. It was not worth it. Simply disappointing. Btw this is my first negative review on b.com. An avenue to let off steam.

Review 21：Fantastic hotel with stunning views. We requested very early check in and we were accommodated. The staff were extremely helpful. We had a suite for 5 people and a superior double. Super luxurious with fabulous balconies and views. The hotel has 2 fab pools, the ground floor has a bar which serves excellent food and cocktails. I would definitely recommend staying here as it is extremely good value for money and easy waking distance to all local attractions. Really good breakfast with a vast selection to choose from.

Review 22：Sometimes the service experience didn't quite hit the mark - rooms serviced at varying times - as late as 5pm, room service food not being available at times, but the staff genuinely tried very hard to please! Were not many kids staying here which could be good if you don't have them!

Review 32：Loved everything!! The staff were excellent - so helpful and friendly - they even arranged an upgrade for us as we had got engaged. The swimming pool is amazing, excellent breakfast buffet. It is only a short stroll to the beach, shopping centre etc - even though it is close to the centre of everything the hotel is set back away from the main road so there's no noise. Loved our stay and want to go back!!

Review 36：Very spacious two bedrooms and it is located at the city center and close to the shopping mall as well as the markets. Also they allow an early check in at 0900 if room is available and this is very helpful for early arrival like us ! Breakfast offer is good too!

Review 39：The staff were excellent, willing to help and made us very comfortable. The rooms were very tidy and clean everyday but did get a bit noisy at night. Also, the locks on the doors aren't fully stable, so make sure that your door is completely closed. Other than that, everything else was great!

Pool is clean and really nice, watched them jet wash all by the pool area and clean the pool beds a lot so cleanliness is on point. Close to everything but off the main road so hear no noise. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Wifi is excellent. Air con was good. Our plan was to stay here a few nights but we loved it so much we extended our stay twice. Would definitely come back. Really recommend it. After seeing other hotels around the area that we looked at before we were really pleased with our choice. We didn't want to leave!

Review 47：I have stayed at many hotels in Patong but this hotel really impressed me from its location, friendly service, decor etc. I arrived at the hotel with my wife. We are mature couple so it wasn't that easy for us to carry our belongings to the room by ourselves. I was very impressed that the staff was so cheerful and so willing to help us without having to ask. The concierge was also informative. They recommended us to dine at a seafood restaurant not far from the hotel and it was very tasty (although a bit too spicy). I had a perfect stay here.

Review 48：it's all about location location location! the hotel is near everything. just minutes walk to jungceylon shopping center and Patong beach. Plus, there are loads of restaurants and clubs around. The wifi was fast enough to watch videos on youtube without fuss. The staff was great and friendly. The room I stayed in was new and tastefully decorated. Will definitely stay here again.

Review 61：I can not praise the Patong Heritage enough, I stayed here recently for an extended stay over 3 weeks and was upgraded to a suite with beautiful views, the pools are lovely and the rooms comfortable with good air conditioning and balconies, the staff are all friendly and eager to help and the location is excellent, a few minutes walk to everything you would want, Breakfast is also good and daily housekeeping is thorough, the Wifi is strong enough to upload large files online which as someone on business was essential to me, the only thing was the wifi has to be logged on again every time when accessing it. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone I know going to the Patong Area.

Review 66：I traveled with both my brothers, the younger one being 19 years old. I booked one room as it was only common sense for 3 of us to stay together in one room. I couldn't possibly make my younger or older brother stay in one room alone. Three of us have traveled often and we always stay in one room sharing the beds.When we arrived, the check in was smooth. The staff at the counter asked me how many people were checking in and I said three. She continued to process my check in and I paid. After which, a manager came out and realized there were 3 of us. He then refused to allow us to check in saying the room is only meant for 2 people. He said we had to pay an extra of 1000 baht per night. Per night! That amounts to 4000 baht as we were staying for 4 nights. We didn't have that sort of money!He refused to give us the key and he asked us to contact booking.com. When I called booking.com to ask for help; maybe to upgrade us to a room that could fit 3 people, the staff at booking.com was of no help! She said it was up to the hotel. I asked the hotel manager for a refund and he said I had booked a non-refundable room so he can't refund me. They basically left us hanging with no alternative whatsoever. It was very upsetting.We were left stranded not knowing what to do. I kept explaining to the manager that I couldn't possibly let one of my brothers sleep alone. I then asked him where in their hotel regulations did it state that 'only a maximum of two people are allowed to stay'. He couldn't find the written statement. After which he finally complied and allowed us to check in. He said however my younger brother would not have breakfast as it was only for 2 people. I told him that I knew that. -My problem was not about the breakfast, all I wanted for us 3 siblings to stay together!The staff brought us up to our room and to my astonishment, the room was huge and had 2 queen sized beds that could easily fit 4 people!!!

Review 67：I loved the rooms. We were upgraded to a deluxe room upon arrival. The room could easily fit 4 people as they had 2 queen sized beds and the room was spacious. I also loved the pool facilities! We used the pool every day. The breakfast spread was one of the best we've had thus far. I would also love to leave a huge thanks and my biggest compliments to the two hotel breakfast staff. I can't remember their names. They were super friendly and always had a smile on their faces while serving! Made my morning.

Review 68：upgraded to a VIP SUITE which was worse than the initial suit provided. Staff was not welcoming. Room not like the ones booked the hotel food was not good. Lights go off at 3 in the morning. Ac not good in the rooms.

Stayed in room 311, Hotel staff combined both twin beds together but that leaves a gap in themiddle. The balcony is facing a sewer drain, stinks so bad; toilet was dirty, sink was dripping water; satellite TV was so blurry; had to walk through lobby to gain access to pool..

Review 91：the lifts are really small and we had to call them to clean our room the next day, because at 4pm the room still hadn't been cleaned. But ither than those minor issues, I would definitely stay there again.

Review 92：The location was perfect, right by the main shops/nightlife but set back from the street so you don't get the noise. We were upgraded to a Seaview room in the 11th floor so the view was amazing. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The French toast was so good!
