Review 1：Not really a problem,but it took at least 5 minutes before anyone showed up at the front desk. I picked up the phone twice. Very curious though when they showed up and they apologized for the wait.

Review 3：We like to stay at drury inns because we enjoy somewhere where we can relax and not have to leave if we don't want to. There is food and drink and hot tub and rooms r nice too. Staff was also friendly.

Review 4：My favorite thing was the staff. They were so friendly and nice. Wish I would have gotten names. The front desk woman...awesome. The gentleman in the breakfast area.....amazing!!

Review 10：There was a gentleman waiting for elevator , he had a dog on a leash , it was excited as it saw other guest, like a lot of dogs , it wet in the floor not a lot but enough I could see it. We got off elevator the guy was in the room next to us. During the night we heard the dog whining, then a little later as we were going to sleep in for a bit the dog began to bark. We didn't call the office but was disappointed this happened . When we checked out ask if the hotel was pet friendly was told it is. I ask if certain floors were saved for pets, was told no, if we were disturbed we should have called desk. We don't smoke, but there was a sign in our room saying if it was known we had smoked in our room there woukd be a 200.00 dollar clean fee, but if a dog is in a room you charge ten dollars I am told but whether you find a pile of poop, or it's like the dog we saw that couldn't control his bladder , your not going to detect this as much unless it starts to smell . When people go into a nice hotel like yours , you feel it is clean, I would not want to get out of bed and walk across the floor thinking a pet may have wet in the floor that no one has been made aware of and woukd prob be dry before maids come in

Review 15：Some sort of childrens leagues were there. The next morning at 7 am, they were running in the halls. Riding up and down in the glass elevator. Yelling! I was right above the desk (open balcony). No one stopped these children. Adults or staff!!!

Review 21：Room service never emptied trash, replaced coffee or cups, and left empty box. This is after I called for cleaning. There is no one on staff to clean a room after 3:00.

Review 60：I was in room 211. It appears that someone had smoked in this room as I could smell stale smoke in the wall fabric as I rolled closer to the wall. As a nonsmoker, this caused me a headache and respiratory problems. And there was a lot of running around for a considerable time in the room above me. The fabric on the armchair in the room looked worn and soiled. Overall, it was much less than I expected. This being my first stay at a Drury hotel, I doubt if I ever book a reservation with Drury again.

Review 62：We didn't notice when we first got to our room, but while getting ready to take a shower, we noticed a wash cloth hanging over the shower curtain. Apparently it was left from the previous guest.
