Review 1：- beach is very small/ litered water with near by neighbor beaches/cheap bars and hotels with extremely loud night club music from morning till evening all playing the same time... - 99% of staff do not speak a work of English which limits their potential to offer great service (But reception and SPA staff speak/understand well) - rooms were not very well cleaned

Review 3：Very very slow service!!!! You need to wait 2 hours in a good day if you order from room service!! I orderd food at 00:00 PM and they brought it at 03:30AM -I was sleeping already!!!! Nobody speaks english in the hotel! In all the hotel only one person in the reception speaks english! Not in the restuarant not in room service , spa, fitness , beach, nowhere!!!!!!!! It really drives you crazy, when nobody understands you. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days, during all the time period they didnt check the mini bar and didnt fill it, and they should give you 2 bottles of free water every day in the room- nothing!!! From the first day , even when we called and reminded them about it, nothing happened!! Terrible service!!!!!

Review 5：This resort is stunning. Everything is kept clean and tidy in a maniacal fashion. The staff is always ready to support for every kind of need, always offering their smile and courtesy. The restaurants provide high quality food at a reasonable price. Probably one of the best place I had ever been in.

Review 6：Hotel was lovely, great facilities, including gym (which has better equipment in than most normal gyms). Spa/treatments were really good and great value. Views of surrounding areas were brilliant and hotel itself modern and well looked after. Restaurant and food fabulous.

Review 10：Everything was amazing , the staff was very resourceful and always ready to facilitate . The resort itself is perched on a hill overlooking the blue waters of the beach and envelops you in its serenity even if you open your room's window . The resort's restaurant has great food and breathtaking views .

Review 11：Sadly when we were there at the end of May it was near empty. This was good for peace and quiet but felt a little weird. Only tiny thing I would suggest they improve is that not many staff speak English there. This wasn't really a problem more I would suggest they do just to help guests further There was a stain on carpet in room which I think should be changed immediately in a 5 star

Review 13：A majority of the staff were trainees and it showed. Breakfast & daytime staff always looked like 'rabbits in the headlights' when asked for anything and always went for senior staff members to help. Hotel was very quiet and would the staff could cope better when peak season comes.

The restaurant is definitely one of the best in all Bodrum area. Hotel staff is so friendly and helpful. We had great four days and I'm looking forward to go back next summer again.

Review 29：In the description of hotel in booking.com, it says the hotel has aprivate beach but there was no private beach, the hotel was taking you to a private beach club which is veri disgusting. The beds were not comfortable. Breakfast was not so good. It could be richer.

Review 35：The only downside in this hotel is the actual mattress. It was so hard I had a stick neck for days after. The pillows were also too hard. The bathrooms even in the suite were a bit small. It's not a luxury five star hotel. Perhaps the lobby and the spa are luxurious, but otherwise the suites and rooms are not.

Review 36：I loved the sunset... being on top of the hill you do get a lovely breeze. We upgraded to the suite, cause the normal room was way too small for two people and I though very over priced for what they were. So I though an upgrade was very worthwhile. We had a cute viranda and a lovely view to the pool and sea and rolling hills. The décor of the lobby is very simple, modern and comforting to the soul some how. They had beautiful seats that over looked this great view. Very picturesque indeed.
