Review 1：The children loved their bunk beds. We all enjoyed the breakfast and the view from the breakfast room. Very nice and quiet location. The rooms are very simple but clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Review 2：I stay in a female dorm 4 person bunk bed. The lower deck has very narrow space. So watch your head if you happen to get this choice.

Review 3：I like its location. It's close to most attractions. The town center is just 5 mins away on foot. The toilets and the kitchen are always clean and tidy.

Review 12：The bed clothes weren't changed during our stay (6 nights) and even tought I asked for a double bed I got two singles which allowed me to sink between them every single night... We got a two-windowed bedroom on which one of them had the outside blinds missing (only curtains on the inside). I've asked to fix that because of the morning lights were disturbing from 5 am forward but the clerk politely declined and said to use the inside curtains...

Review 13：Comodities were nice, the wi-fi was good and sound insulation was near perfect. There was free tea and cookies during the night (no free coffee though)!

Review 16：The laundry service wasn't very efficient, and quite expensive. To be honest, they did say that they had some problems with the washing machine this time. However, the stuff was handed back to me completely unfolded and very wrinkled.

It is clean and has the necessary room facilities like safe, wardrobe, shampoo & shower gel. The coffee & biscuits for guests to help themselves on each floor is a nice touch & very thoughtful. Umbrellas for guests' use on rainy days was also a bonus.

Review 37：The reception only opens at 8h on weekends, and closes between 11h and 15h. I arrived at 14h and had to wait an hour before check in. I wanted to check out at 7h30 and had to wait half an hour again. I wanted to leave my suitcase behind and pick it up around 14h, but at that time reception would be closed and the reception clerk told me i would have to "find someone from maintenance, they will be around somewhere", which stressed me out cause I had a plane to catch, so I took my suitcase with me. I forgot a jacket in my room when checking out. Maintenance found it, and instead of ringing me (they had my mobile phone number) they just left it on a chair close to the reception - where anyone might have taken it. None of this is a tragedy, but I am used to better service from hotels in this price range.

Review 45：Even if you arrive late and the reception is closed, it's not a problem to get in or get your key. You just call a number. Easy! And I liked the breakfast. Different kind of breads and lactosfree options. And at a reasonable price! It was not a problem to leave your bag for a few hours while you stroll the city.

Review 46：I assume it's for safety, but there is no toaster and a 30 minute timer on the hob and oven, which was a bit annoying (as I needed things to cook a bit longer). Also the touch operated hob was not so great; it only seemed to respond sometimes (you need to put the timer on first, but even then it didn't necessarily work).

Review 47：Booked a single room (which was a twin room). Comfortable, well sized room with a view on old city, 10 minutes walk from the train station, a few minutes to all tourist attractions. Quiet room. Superclean, everything spotless. Convenient kitchen with sufficient fridge and freezer space. Super Wifi. And a great prize. Definitely would come back - no other accomodation option that I looked at came close in overall value for money.

Review 52：The toilets and showers were communal and, while the showers were always spotless, the same couldn't be said for the toilets. The breakfast was also not to my liking at all - there was no fresh fruit except for an orange chopped into pieces and the yoghurt came out of, what looked like, a milk carton. Very little selection also unless you eat ham and cheese for breakfast. Dishes and cutlery at breakfast were often dirty also - every single morning I had to swap my spoon and/or bowl for another because there was food engrained on it. However, the rooms themselves were relatively pleasant if not a little under-furnished.

Review 53：The staff were cheery and helpful. The hotel is located in the town centre practically and is very close to the university.

Review 54：One of the staff members had issues with my bringing four beers up from the bar to my room. Something about local ordinances. The other staff members didn't. This was odd. The chair in the room was too big and was not suitable for putting a suitcase on; I borrowed a chair from the hallway for this, but this was the one thing that didn't work in such a relatively small room.

Review 93：Hotel is ill-equipped to deal with the summer weather - poor ventilation of rooms and loss of electrical power in the entire building during our stay. No fans were offered and no apologies extended either. Reception was unsure if taxis incur a booking fee (by the way, no, it's free of charge) when one calls up the taxi company. Laundry is 100kr per load but nobody could tell us what is the size of the load. TV channels are largely chargeable/locked. We stayed for 10 days and the only thing that changed daily was the bin.
