Review 1：This hotel staff and food is amazing! This was my second visit to this hotel and I would definately go back again! Great location just 5minutes from patong beach, Pool and resturant is lovely and great value for money! Very big new, modern rooms and comfortable beds!

Review 2：They could improve the breakfast to adapt it a bit more to the European standards. It was ok, but most of the dishes were Asian: chicken and rice for breakfast??? They had also eggs, bread and few yoghurts though.

Review 19：Wifi is really bad, not that I came to surf on the internet but was not even able to do a check in for my flight. Location is far from any point of interest and the bus offered for free is impossible to use it since you have to schedule it with 1h in advance and only for certain hours, so it was the same like this service is not existing. The breakfast is average to low, nothing special you might as well skipp it. The pool looks good but the view is normal, just basic buildings. They did not provide enough toilet paper and bath supplyes only for one person each time even tough we informed we are two.

Review 21：On arriving at reception i was asked to give a deposit of 3,000 THB which i paid in cash. When i was leaving the hotel i was told that the money would be returned into my account in a week or so. I wasn't in the best of shape leaving the place,( last night and all that), so i didn't argue or question it. It is 3 weeks now and i still haven't received any money back. My e-mails go unanswered ..... For a place i spent nearly €600 for 1 week, i am not impressed !!!

Review 23：1.) For a large, quality hotel it is surprising that they cannot supply a simple headache tablet if one of their guests is in bad late at night. A curt reply by the operator "We don't supply this type of service" is just not acceptable for this category of hotel. 2.) When given the choice of coffee or tea at breakfast, I asked for green tea only to be told that I would be charged 120 Baht for it! I travel a fair bit in many countries, and again this is just not acceptable for this category of hotel.

Review 26：I like the location of this hotel as I enjoy walking. Patong is small so you're never far from anywhere. I spent 4 days there and saw the whole town without taking a taxi. The rooms were spacious the bed was firm, internet was good and the hot water was never not warm.

Review 28：Loved the view of the fireworks and lanterns on New Years. Friendly staff and clean, modern, simple design and comfortable rooms. The place is a lot better than the photographs. The hotel food was delicious, the pool was great to chill at. If you felt like resting, staying in and being lazy, easily done comfortably here. Easy and close walk to mall and free hotel shuttles as well - be sure to take a look at the schedule first.

Was some confusion as I booked all the rooms together,some had to pay for breakfast & some got it free. For the price we paid we should have all recieved a free breakfast. The reception staff would not budge & were quite rude at times.

Review 39：Not too many TV channels to choose from. TV menu responded too slowly. Need a more powerful hair dryer. Wish to have a continuous-working wall socket after I leave the room -to recharge whatever device I need while away.

Review 40：Everything is well equipped. Ocean or city view is gorgeous, especially the sunset. Love the big swimming pool and free big towel rental. Sometimes they treat swimmers Popsicle...Wow! Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The driver even remembered my room number-Amazing! Breakfast was included with different dishes every morning-something to really wake me up and be excited. Free shuttle bus drop off and pick up to the mall is a plus; although it is only a 15 minutes walk.

My 300 USD night in jacuzzi suite disappointing... room felt barren of decor... very remote with 3 separate elevator rides to get to... room advert gives impression of private deck with jacuzzi.. actual is indoor bath with jacuzzi jets and small veranda adjacent. Stayed one night then moved to a much nicer resort at half the price for suite with real jacuzzi...

Review 49：The last night of our stay was a nightmare. We will never stay in this hotel again for sure. A big indian group checked in and made terrible noise since 10pm in the evening. We talked several times to the guests directly ,but they didnt care at all. Then we phoned the manager on duty at 11PM , he promised to take care of this. But noise continued... we had to sleep with earplugs. At 00:45 AM !!! another manager on duty phoned us and woke us up, and demanded we should make an apology to the indian guests because we complained to them. What a joke! What a hotel manager! What I could say is, if u are from europe, want to have quiet sleep in the evening, forget this hotel !

Review 50：Paid over 300 for a day trip to Phi Phi island. Sadly the company that the hotel used did not deliver the tour I was promised by the staff member at the hotel. The trip was good but I felt annoyed that I could have paid half the amount for the same experience. Shame, but not easy for the hotel to control I know... but I paid the 300+ amount becauseI though the tour would be the same high quality experience as at the hotel but it wasn't....

Review 51：The staff - very respectful, helpful and calm... just what I needed The facilities - excellent. I didn't use the free transport as I liked the walking and beach.shopping was not far The attention to detail in everything the staff did was fabulous... e.g., I lost one of my earrings - a gift from my daughter and husband and they not only got it out of the sink U bend but then arranged for the driver to give it to me later that day ( I had checked out of hotel for a day trip and was then being driven to the airport). I cannot thank the staff enough. I thought it was good value for money given all the facilities and the high standards of service.

Review 101：The staff was so nice and accommodating. I felt like they were really concerned about us having an enjoyable stay. Because this is a smaller, boutique-type hotel the staff will greet you every morning, noon and evening by name. By day 2 the restaurant staff will know right away what type of coffee you prefer and if you like your bacon crispy. The room was comfortable and spacious. The hotel is perched on a cliff, so there is a sizable hill to climb, but was soooo worth it. I had my clothes laundered and they smelled like jasmine/lemongrass when they were returned...omg...where does that happen? The drinks were awesome, the food was great and affordable...and the pool was fantastic.

Review 112：In order to have spectacular views the hotel is built high on the mountain side with a steep walk up to the hotels lobby area. However they do offer a complimentary taxi service to and from the beach as well as the jungceylon shopping centre throughout the day and early evening. I also think the 1000THB deposit paid at checkin (refundable at checkout) is a little over the top. The hotel corridors are very noisy and echo. Therefore if you are unfortunate (as we were) to have loud and inconsiderate neighbours who arrive back to the hotel during all hours of the morning after a night of drinking, expect to have your sleep disrupted.

Review 113：we stayed in a deluxe seaview room on the second floor. The view from our room over patong and looking out to the beaches and ocean was spectacular. The room was excellently appointed and very clean. Poolside service was impressive - something that is very rare even in the most exclusive Hotels. The infinity pool was very clean and the view over patong was great. Whilst bathing by the pool, we were offered complimentary cold scented face towls and raspberry iceblocks. They also have a happy hour with 2 for the price of 1 drinks. Breakfast was excellent with an impressive variety of dishes.

Review 114：The corners of the bed stand were very sharp and the mattress didn't hang over them so myself and my partner both bruised our legs, I read a review saying something similar but it wasn't until it happened to me I understood what they meant. Breakfast was £12 per person, it was a good selection and I enjoyed it the one morning I had but wouldn't say it was worth £12.

The walls of certain rooms are pretty thin, therefore you can hear the others talking which is not very nice. Location of the hotel is on a hill and there are a few dogs in that area. I suggest you use the hotel's complimentary tuk tuk if you wanna go to the beach or the mall which is near by.

Review 125：Splendid hotel. The staff were helpful and ready to help always with a smile. Breakfast was excellent with various choices and the restaurant provided a variety of good meals. I suggest you book any tours with the hotel directly. It might be a bit more expensive than outside, however the companies they are working with are fantastic. Many thanks to our drivers, the airport pick up/drop off is an excellent service.

Review 126：Tour operator organised the most beat-up bike that I ever had for the highest price of my 2 weeks in phuket. She thinks she can get away with it because its too far to walk to any other bike shop. She is right, but I think her behaviour reflects poorly on the whole hotel and she should be fired. I definitely will never stay in a hotel again, where I am treated like this.
