Review 1：Room as described on website. I was attending Taree Parkrun which starts right behind the motel on the river. Great location and the pool was clean and refreshing.
Review 2：Room suppose to be one of the best...not as shown in reception video....dirty flannel in bathroom, furniture very worn, needs a good clean, smell of stale urine, noisey local car park between motel and river. Left early.

Review 4：The bathroom was a little small. The bed was a bit too firm. Tally Ho toilet paper not good would prefer a roll.
Review 5：Room was clean. Plunger coffee was a nice touch. Lovely outlook over the river. Easy to find. The room was quite spacious.
Review 6：Toilet and shower were quite old. Toilet seat was a bit loose when sitting on it which was uncomfortable. Shower has a curtain which kind of clings on to you when the water is on and it is quite disgusting.

Review 15：There was a gas leak scare going on when we arrived so while we could not check in as early as planned, but we luckily have family in the area which we visited while waiting for the all clear. As I was travelling with my elderly father, we took the family room (No. 13). The room itself was perfect for our needs but the single bed mattress that I slept on could do with an upgrade or mattress topper.
Review 16：The motel is situated near the town centre and the rooms have fantastic views of the river. The staff we met were only temporary while new owners take over, but they were very friendly and helpful. We pass through Taree 1-2 times a year and now I have found this place I will definitely stay here again.
Review 17：Nice little motel with pleasant owners. The room was large with kitchen facilities if needed. Liked the bed had doona cover and not blankets. Very comfortable stay. Right on the river with nice walking track.
Review 18：I stay here often to get away from Sydney/Newcastle hustle and this place is always quiet, even when busy. The staff leave you alone if you want and attend to your needs when asked. It's fairly close to the beach, very close to the river, and shops etc.

Review 27：The Manning River view from our unit was great. The room was well furnished with a good kitchen which was very well equipped. The furnishings were good, the room light and airy. The owners or staff (not sure which, but suspect owners) were very friendly and helpful. We would certainly stay here again.
Review 28：On this occasion the tv in one bedroom didn't work despite 2 attempts to fix by manager. No toaster in room - discovered on leaving we could've asked at reception so our fault. Would have liked one children's foxtel channel.
Review 29：Wonderful relaxing quiet location. The cleanest of rooms. Super comfy beds. Managers very friendly and obliging. Our family room had separate sleeping areas which was fantastic. My kids loved the river across the rd and free wifi.

Review 31：Took some time to accept that the tariff advertised was the one that I would pay. Was traveling when contacted to say that the cost would be 50% more than advertised and agreed when booking online!!

Review 57：The managers were very friendly and offered a milk jug with fresh milk for tea/coffee (although the single serve UHT is available in the fridge). The bed was comfortable, with extra pillows available in the wardrobe. The motel is close to a variety of eating options with the town centre a mere 5-minute walk. The river view rooms are a little quieter than the standard rooms being further back from the main road. Arrangements were made for a late arrival, with no issues.

Review 59：Roomy, light room overlooking the beautiful Manning River. Having a bath tub was bliss. Upstairs rooms opposite the river have a balcony (enclosed) but we enjoyed the extra space of our downstairs room where the balcony space was added to the room. The Management & staff were most obliging & friendly & although older, the room was immaculately clean & importantly the beds comfy. Would definitely stay again. A lovely walk along the river to town.
Review 60：Cracks in the walls, ants in the basin, cobwebs over the shower. Security of the room door was less than desirable - no chain and had to push the button on the handle to lock the door - easy to overlook if you are tired therefore anyone can gain access if you forget to push the button. Pillows were very hard and the bed was just OK.
