Review 1：Wifi was poor both poolside and in my room. My pillows smelled awful (a build-up of sweat and odour). Thankfully, they responded quickly to my request to change them (5 minutes). Lighting is so poor, my room was so dark. Was told the lights not working were for emergency use only, I don't believe this was true! It is located at the quieter end of Lamai, not ideal when you're a solo female traveller. Didn't feel safe walking the streets to the resort each night, it's so quiet and deserted so I had to get taxis.
Review 2：Gardens are well cared for, the pool is a good size with plenty of sun loungers available with a view of the ocean. Breakfast was good (fruit, yogurt, eggs of your choice, variety of breads and some hot options; stir-fry, noodles, rice). Plenty of space available in the dining area, so it didn't feel too busy. Room was spacious. Shower was strong. TV had a variety of good channels. The resort is very peaceful with the sound of the waves as a constant background sound track. Located at the quiet side of Lamai, just 12-15 mins walk to the heart of all the action.
Review 3：We had a grand deluxe pool/seaview,overlooked by everyone in pool area,TV no work,WiFi no work, no hot water,not value for money !!!

Review 5：There's no gym facilities. Pool was faulty for one whole day. Rooms were old with stale smell. The hotel should have been refurbished to make it look newer & cleaner. The pastries during breakfast were of poor quality.

Review 8：Great hotel. We had 2 deluxe rooms, one for us and the other for the kids. The room is big, with nice balcony to the pool and see. The pool is great and on the beach. The beach is realy nice here. Walking distance to the center. 7/11 just out side the hotel. Restaurant is nice with good food. We realy liked this hotel and decided to stay another 2 nights.

Review 14：Clean beach, and not being hassled by the hawkers in comparison with some other Asian destinations. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was adequate, pool, and ground maintenance were of a high standard. The room was made up each day with fresh sheets, and cleaned well. Aloha is at the quiet end of Lamai, with loads of great eating places only a 2-3 minute walk away, laundry and seven 11 across the road.

Review 29：room was very old with many lights broken, it was not possible to read a book because it was to dark. The vieuw was very bad, we saw the parking lot. breakfast till 10 but many items finished at 9.30 and never replaced.

Review 33：Most basic room was definitely that, would pay more for a better room next time. Pool closed at 6pm, and beach towels were to be returned at the same time. Breakfast was terrible so we ate elsewhere.

Review 37：Dirty, old and outdated. This is an old hotel which is poorlymaintained. Few examples- no hot water in shower. Water pressuredoesn't reach 2nd floor. Mold in bathroom. Tanning beds'mattress torn and moldy. Ants in bedroom. Ants in bathroom. Ants eatingbreakfast buffet and it doesn't seem to bother the staff. Bottom line-I would never come back to this hotel (and neither to Lamai which is notthat great)

Review 39：The hotel is very conveniently loated in the centre of Lamai beach andhas a direct access to the magnificent serene white beach on one sideand many reastaurants and small shops on the other, just perfect forboth relaxation and dining. The territory is very nicely decorated withwoodern carved statues and reliefs hidden in the green lash and providesa great impression of an oasis. The staff is extremely helpful andfriendly. Great breakfast!
